Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and clean room, but poor pool area. I enjoyed the stay, room was very clean and staff very friendly. Breakfast was also good. I choose this hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub but was very disappointed the pool was freezing and the hot tub not hot at all. I wish I would have been told the area was under construction. If so I would have chosen another hotel. I usually stay at another hotel but tried this one due to the hot tub and the location. I was disappointed when the staff told me the hot tub would not be included in the remodel and would be closed. March 4, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by NEVER AGAIN Never before have I had such an experience at a Holiday Inn. This location does not deserve the name. From check in to check out it was the worst. You must wear a coat on the elevators and in the halls, there is no heat. Outsiders are permitted to use the computers. They also informed me the printer has not worked in a very long time. It was beyond obvious there were many people that did not belong and did not have a room here for the evening.By 9 the front desk person was asleep in a chair in a doorway. The pool is not heated. The hotel is very dirty. Adding to my uneasy feeling the doors on the rooms need repair. By morning there was no one at the front desk. I looked and asked for one as well as a Verizon Rep. After driving in an ice storm all day long I just wanted to relax and that never happened. March 4, 2015

We would have enjoyed a small treat with the terrible weather...a cookie as we had been offered in other Holiday Inns along the way. We wish we had a choice of a little something to purchase instead of having to go out. March 3, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Room comfortable; bathroom faucet - only trickled hot or cold. EXCELLENT HOT TUB! Indoor pool not warm. Facility & amenities very "traveler friendly". Bathroom faucet a problem - was offered a room change. AM desk clerk on check-out not competent - had to correct final bill four times (2nd bill showed a balance of minus $35.00). February 27, 2015
