Great stay, we arrived at 3am and fell asleep instantly which was needed! Staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was unreal. Very nice place and the double queen suite was well worth it!

Arrrived at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning after a long flight and was so happy to qet quickly checked into our room. We had been upgraded to a suite,,,, which was really lovely. The bed was the so comfortable , I was asleep in a minute. We will definatley return anytime we have to fly out of Halifax.

Everytime I stay at the Holiday Inn Express at the airport the staff are always friendly you can see that they really enjoy helping the guest. This experience is from the moment you check in until checking out. Everytime you meet anyone that works at the hotel you are always greated with a good morning.

Stayed for early morning access to airport, and convenience of leaving car for the week that we were away - scored very high in all relevant areas. Service in all areas excellent. Follow-up call to ensure that we were comfortable was a nice touch. We had been upgraded to a suite - very appreciated. Shuttle to and from airport was timely and driver was helpful. Shuttle to and from the parking area was prompt and the driver was helpful. Didn't have breakfast, but I was impressed with variety of offerings during my quick tour. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a good hotel in the area.

Our stay was great and to go to airport was no problem but an extra long wait for shuttle to pick us up at airport to bring us back to our car after our vacation. Everyone was outside in the cold waiting and waiting and then we can`t all fit on the one shuttle, we didn`t appreciate this at all.

Our sofa bed broke, upon checking out the bottom, it was obvious that it had been broken for a while. Did not call front desk to change rooms as it was10pm and we had a 5 year old and an 18 month old with us and they were asleep. I was scared to move the rest of the night in case more of the fabric holding the mattress gave out. Needless to say, I did not get much sleep! My husband ended up getting up for the same reason. We told the front desk the next morning, they apologized and offered some bonus points,5000. They said they would look into our concern. I stay at this hotel frequently and I am usually very pleased with the service and value.
