The hotel itself, the rooms, lobby and public areas were in of updating. They were clean but the decor and coverings looked pretty old. December 12, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Won't stay again I am a gold elite member so stay at a lot of HIE. When I arrived, they had checked somebody in under my name. Took a long time to figure it out. Scary. The printers in the business center did not work. The internet went down and on the 2nd day, there was no hot water. Won't stay here again. There are too many choices in the area to accept this. It was like having a sheet and a thicker sheet to cover up with so I took another bed covering that was above the coat rack and laid that on top of the sheets for extra warmth. November 17, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff make this property We ended up at this property as it was convenient to an RV drop off location and it was available on point breaks. We didn't come in expecting much but from the first time I contacted the hotel prior to my stay to make some arrangement I was impressed with the response. Joe was able to take care of some questions for me and arrange an early check in time far in excess of what I expected but that facilitated our movements much better! From Check in through to 101 questions about facilities and the local area Dora sorted us out with a huge smile and conversation, going to massive lengths to help us out getting to Park Meadows. The property itself is quite comfortable, we ended up in a bath suite and enjoyed the extra room avaliable. The indoor pool is certainly a bonus and our little one loved the chance to take a dip. The cinnamon buns at breakfast were definitely a win! If I were back in Denver, especially with the easy light rail access to town I'd have no hesitation about staying here. November 11, 2014

I really like the cozy atmosphere and the internet service is usually VERY good, but this time it was horrible. We stay there for logistics to our customer and for GOOD internet service since we work from the hotel a lot, so when you don't have good service it really impacts our business trip. October 27, 2014
