Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Noise levels I do not recommend being between floors if you want a decent nights rest. It was very hard to rest because the noise in hall and walking above you is heard. I also wouldn't suggest being the door direct out of the elevator. Lot on noise in hall and elevator area. November 19, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Stay 2015 November If I had realized the cost we paid for the awful sleep on the first two days we were there, I would have expressed more in person to the front desk than I had. My husband made the reservation for my daughter and I that were attending a 3 day conference in Denver. We were in a room 3rd floor, directly stationed off elevator, bad choice, you hear everyone on the floor coming and going. Not near as bad as the people above us, it was terrible, so loud on the stomping it shook the tv stand...after two days of this and no decent sleep, I called and complained. Next day we found a salad tossed around our door area, coincidence???? maybe. Returned to front desk and let them know and they let us know the party above was leaving that day~I think I slept one night of 4 ...not good. Never again at least at his Holiday Express. Pretty disappointed. The good, it was a great location off freeway for what we needed and of course, the breakfast, never an issue~ November 16, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Noise Whoever books a room for a family of 5 and puts them on the top floor? Kids run around and jump off beds which prevent those directly under from sleeping or relaxing. I expected more having stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels. I usually stay at another hotel in the DTC area and thought I'd try something different. Boy was this a mistake even with the Gold Member status. I brought the disturbance above me to the attention of the hotel staff who did nothing to rectify the situation. October 22, 2015
