We had stayed here 3 times prior with no real issues other than having to reset the TV. Well this visit started out in a room that was way below what I expect from Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was full (Memorial Day weekend/graduation week). We had a lot of issues with the room. However, the staff bent over backwards and made the calls that they needed to in order to get us a comp'd night due to the number of problems in our room. We unded up staying 3 nights instead of just one. The staff were excellent on all shifts, even the newbies.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was awesome, and the location was great. Unfortunately there were a few problems during my three night stay. In fairness to this hotel, after some discussion, I was given a discount on my stay. Some of the things I was not happy with were: the cool temperature of the hot tub, the poor function of the room key, lack of service from new employees at the front desk, and an early morning overflowed toilet that has given me a few nightmares since its occurrence.

Not my first choice of brand or place to stay. This location is convenient and easily accessible. For most part property and rooms are clean staff is friendly and courteous.
The big negatives for me and I have stayed here more than once. On all stays experience the same problems; TV reception has issues and drops signal. Internet goes down and takes a while to get running again. Seems like interment is more of a weekend thing. The exercise room is laughable and stinks of chlorine.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and quite and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend it to friends. We almost always find the Holiday Inn Express hotels are good quality and we stay in them quite often.

Room was beautiful, comfy and clean and well appointed. Staff was great.
But, we stayed here for pool and hot tub for our 4 year old. Pool was COLD! The not hot tub was worse! Our 4 yr old tried to enjoy them but when his color turned to blue it was clear facilities were not useable. Very disappointing. May not go back again because can't use pool facilities. We pay extra for hotels with indoor pools/hot tub hoping to find one warm enough to enjoy. No luck here folks.

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. The breakfast is good. The rooms, during both of my stays, were musty and had an odor. The price is right. I'd like to see the exercise room updated.

Had a great time in denver, staff could of been more more helpful, the desk clerk when I first checked in had answers for all the questions I asked, the one that evening and the following day did not have any answers for me and and was told to check on line. Went to dinner at resutrants and when told where we were staying was offerred discounts on the meals and drinks. as part of the banquet program of the hotel. This information would have been nice to no, If they have agreements with local resturants then should included that info in the binder in the room, which did not offer alot of info. All in all it was a good room clean and the only issue was a blown light bulb.

Horrible experience. I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn since. Booked a room with jacuzzi for romantic getaway (about 100 miles from home). Once I arrived there was a horrible chemical smell in the lobby and hallways. Checked in and then employee came back to say person in front if me in line took the last room with jacuzzi, even though I had it booked. Instead of getting lesser room comped I was only given rewards points that equates to a 1/3 of a stay. The points were only given after making numerous calls. I told this experience to a hotel competitor of yours and was told if I stayed at their hotel chain and they made that type of mistake I would've been comped the night, plus given another night with jacuzzi upgrade for the inconvenience. The room was dirty. There were childrens toys under the couch, floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed, and the bathroom commode and floor were not cleaned. I've never been so upset over a stay at a hotel in my life. Romantic getaway was ruined.
