Should have known I'd have issues from the moment I checked in. When I asked if they could look up my IHG account and was told "that's a different system, I'll look it up later." Well she never did look it up later. I had a window that was open and the screen was mangled. I asked them to please check it out. Thankfully that was taken care of, it's was 25 degrees and snowing. I also mentioned that the TV had a poor connection, lots of tiling and loss of sound. Was told they'd let the vendor know. I was their 4 nights and it never got taken care of. Every morning and evening not one staff member took the time to pick up there heads, offer a smile or say good morning or good evening. Even if they saw you walk in. Seriously . . . I spend 90% of my life living out of hotel rooms would it hurt someone at this location to at least acknowledge someone walking past the desk. There were several comments made by other guests in the breakfast area that had the same discussion at their table. The only person that would offer a smile and good morning was the woman who worked the breakfast area. Seriously considering whether I want to stay at another Holiday Inn property.

We stayed here because some friends of ours met us there and we had a very good time. The staff was great and the room was very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Me and mu partner stayed at the hotel for two nights.
The Hotel has easy access to highways and several nearby restaurants in the area.
Breakfast may need some improvement, but was not lacking.
A big bonus is the free internet access and free TV channels which we found useful.

We were on the road to the Grand Canyon from Minneapolis and stayed at this property also last year. Recognized the same friendly person on the desk when we checked out. Evening manager recommended an oriental restaurant close by for dinner.

My brother and I haven't had a weekend getaway for more than 50 years. He came from Kansas, me from Arizona. Denver was the ideal mid-point and the Holiday Inn Express DTC was made to order. We were given an upgrade to a junior suite which enabled us to sit up until the wee hours of the night talking and catching up. Beds were great and the breakfast the next morning a great surprise. Your staff was helpful -- even printed our boarding passes the night before we left. I assure you, we'll be back!

I've stayed here several times over the past two years and have always had a good experience. I'll be staying there again in the next couple of months. The only slight oddity was that the night desk didn't know where to find a local map in the entire building. The other IHG properties in the area tend to have big tear-offs that are quite convenient. After looking in the lobby across from the elevators, I found one in a local guidebook. It's not a big deal, but just kind of odd. BYOM

My husband and I stayed at this Holiday Inn and it was a wonderful experience! Check-In and Out was a breeze. The desk clerks were very friendly. This hotel smelled CLEAN!! Some hotels have a musty odor that hits you when you enter but this one has no smell at all! Our room was immaculate and included a microwave and fridge. Our TV was a flat screen-the same make and model we have at home. Bathroom was very clean as were the beds. I liked the way the pillows were labeled- soft and firm. Coffee was available even at night. The breakfast was great. What I enjoyed the most was the PANCAKES!!! Usually the hotels have you make waffles but this one had a pancake machine and all you had to do was push the button showing how many pancakes you wanted and wait the minute or two for them to cook! How great is that? All in all, we will be staying here again.

I often stay at Holiday Inns so I know what to expect and typically have an above average experience. This time was different. Asked for a non adjoining room and got one so had to go back down and switch. Second room had a jumping bug and a long hair along with more hair in the bed. This was discovered after I had already killed a beetle on the night stand. Third room although appeared to he clean was not too relaxing after the prior experience. Not impressed at all.
Staff was accommodating.

Excellent experience from Check in to Check out. Friendly staff who enjoyed their jobs (it shows) Josh, front desk, always went above and beyond with a constant smile on his face, both to us and to everyone else that I watched him talk with.
All in all, a great experience.

I was impressed by the friendly staff. Not just the desk (thanks Dora), but the maids were great, the rooms were clean, the breakfast lady was working hard because it was so busy.

Breakfast was very poor. The eggs were runny and the bacon was raw. Thank goodness we had a microwave in our room to finish cooking it. They were out of biscuits, danish and muffins. The girl working was extremely unfriendly. There was an ice bucket sitting by the coffee with tips written on the side. I felt like this was very tacky. The room had some minor cleanliness issues, but nothing major. The staff at checkin was friendly but seemed very disorganized. Someone that appeared to be a housekeeping supervisor was wearing jeans and a t-shirt. Overall the room was acceptable, but everything else was lacking.

I recommend this property as one that is safe, clean and friendly. Easily accessible from the highway and central to all the Denver and surrounding attractions. A great value also.

The location of this hotel is great. However, it has issues and I would prefer to stay elsewhere and will look at alternate options for upcoming trip to the area. The issues are the same issues I report every time I am at the hotel;
1. Fitness Center is far from a Fitness Center. A couple of dumbbells and old rusted tread mills and a few bikes are there for you. The room smells of chlorine and if you work out in it with the door closed, you will get a headache.
2. TV/Cable Service and Reception – Like I said this was my 3rd stay for about a week at this property. Every single time in 3 different rooms, the TV reception drops, sound drops and TV pixelates. When letting the staff at front desk know of the issues they all say the same thing, it is our provider and issues with them. No follow up and nothing has ever been done about this. On my last trip I let 3 different people know.
New issues this visit:
1. Breakfast Area was not maintained well at all. Basic items were not stocked daily, coffee was cold and late along with breakfast. Area was dirty. Not sure what happened here but last time this was not an issue.
2. Staff friendliness and responsiveness. Customer Service appears to have been lost. Attitude seems to be they don’t care and complaints are never forwarded to a manager.
Each stay here has been long and each time becomes more and more disappointing. There are many choice in the area. I recommend checking them out as relaxing here has become difficult.

Very nice hotel, very good service and the rate was good value for summer travel/weekend stay. However the breakfast area was poor designed as it was too congested for multiple people trying to get food items and the sausage gravy was watered down.

We had stayed here 3 times prior with no real issues other than having to reset the TV. Well this visit started out in a room that was way below what I expect from Holiday Inn Express. The hotel was full (Memorial Day weekend/graduation week). We had a lot of issues with the room. However, the staff bent over backwards and made the calls that they needed to in order to get us a comp'd night due to the number of problems in our room. We unded up staying 3 nights instead of just one. The staff were excellent on all shifts, even the newbies.

The room was nice and clean, the breakfast was awesome, and the location was great. Unfortunately there were a few problems during my three night stay. In fairness to this hotel, after some discussion, I was given a discount on my stay. Some of the things I was not happy with were: the cool temperature of the hot tub, the poor function of the room key, lack of service from new employees at the front desk, and an early morning overflowed toilet that has given me a few nightmares since its occurrence.

Not my first choice of brand or place to stay. This location is convenient and easily accessible. For most part property and rooms are clean staff is friendly and courteous.
The big negatives for me and I have stayed here more than once. On all stays experience the same problems; TV reception has issues and drops signal. Internet goes down and takes a while to get running again. Seems like interment is more of a weekend thing. The exercise room is laughable and stinks of chlorine.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and quite and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend it to friends. We almost always find the Holiday Inn Express hotels are good quality and we stay in them quite often.

Room was beautiful, comfy and clean and well appointed. Staff was great.
But, we stayed here for pool and hot tub for our 4 year old. Pool was COLD! The not hot tub was worse! Our 4 yr old tried to enjoy them but when his color turned to blue it was clear facilities were not useable. Very disappointing. May not go back again because can't use pool facilities. We pay extra for hotels with indoor pools/hot tub hoping to find one warm enough to enjoy. No luck here folks.

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. The breakfast is good. The rooms, during both of my stays, were musty and had an odor. The price is right. I'd like to see the exercise room updated.

Had a great time in denver, staff could of been more more helpful, the desk clerk when I first checked in had answers for all the questions I asked, the one that evening and the following day did not have any answers for me and and was told to check on line. Went to dinner at resutrants and when told where we were staying was offerred discounts on the meals and drinks. as part of the banquet program of the hotel. This information would have been nice to no, If they have agreements with local resturants then should included that info in the binder in the room, which did not offer alot of info. All in all it was a good room clean and the only issue was a blown light bulb.

Horrible experience. I have not stayed at a Holiday Inn since. Booked a room with jacuzzi for romantic getaway (about 100 miles from home). Once I arrived there was a horrible chemical smell in the lobby and hallways. Checked in and then employee came back to say person in front if me in line took the last room with jacuzzi, even though I had it booked. Instead of getting lesser room comped I was only given rewards points that equates to a 1/3 of a stay. The points were only given after making numerous calls. I told this experience to a hotel competitor of yours and was told if I stayed at their hotel chain and they made that type of mistake I would've been comped the night, plus given another night with jacuzzi upgrade for the inconvenience. The room was dirty. There were childrens toys under the couch, floors hadn't been swept or vacuumed, and the bathroom commode and floor were not cleaned. I've never been so upset over a stay at a hotel in my life. Romantic getaway was ruined.

Everything was great! I had one question though. It seems that i did not recieve my points for this visit, Is there any way this can be rectified? I've also noticed that some locations give a bottle of water and cookies and/or a bag of chips for status, Is this based on if this is in the hotels buget? I would also like to be notified of all piont promotions that are avalible, I notice that none of that information is given unlless you ask.

Located near Front Range of Mountians..wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Very quiet and peacfull, you should try the suite with Jacuzzi in it, absoulutly RELAXING!!!!
