Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Relaxing and Clean Rooms My only complaint was the suite above me you could hear everything they where doing. So I would recommend someone staying on the 3rd floor suite. The hotel cleaning staff was awesome front desk was always friendly. Will definitely stay here again. April 14, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I'd rather sleep in the car. My wife and I stayed at this hotel and were very disappointed. First of all, the rate we booked was not what we were promised. We tried to get that corrected and were told there was nothing they could do. I booked with the hotel directly, not thru the website. The room was gross and the staff was no help whatsoever. The TV's never did work (that could have been an "outside the hotel problem", I understand that). I've been staying at HI properties for over 30 years and that was by far the worst breakfast that I have ever had. If I could rate this experience lower than a "1", I would. Next time we travel to Enid, OK you can bet we will be staying elsewhere. April 1, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed I am a Priority Club Platinum Elite member. Upon arrival and check in, nothing was mentioned to me and there was no acknowledgement of any kind. I requested a possible upgrade or corner room when I made the reservation, none was accomodated. With the rate this hotel charges, I would think there will be more amenities provided, but it was a bare minimum and not even on par with the services some other holiday inn express that charges much less on their rates.
