Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Management is inconsiderate. The hotel forgot to ask me to sign a form at check in. Their resolution was to lock me out of my room after the first of three nights. They could have handled this more professionally; like slip the form under the door with a note to return ASAP. I did not like being treated like a criminal. Further more, management thought it was funny that I was upset. Really? December 22, 2014
