The management of this motel is beyond words awful. The worst experience I have encountered in trying to deal with an issue at a motel anywhere in the U.S.

This was our first time at the Holiday Inn Express in Enid. We had stayed twice before at another motel, and this was far superior. The staff were helpful in getting us another reservations near the airport in Oklahoma city before flying out, and they always responded to our needs - new key cards when one didn't work. The beds were comfortable and the room arrangement was superb. Plenty of options for sitting and talking with sofa and chairs. Breakfast in early morning was complete. Didn't lack for anything. Great experience for visiting our relatives in Enid. Room rates excellent, too.

As always great service, great bed, good breakfast, clean, what can I say it's a Holiday Inn! The cookies were great too nice touch. Thanks for a great nights rest!

The check in was an issue, they finally just gave us keys and called us back about 2 hours later to run our credit card, their computer system locked up
We were in the room behind the electrical room and heard the elevator every time it moved, even though the bed was comfortable you could not sleep for the noise, if we had not had so much trouble checking in I would have asked for another room

The customer service at the front desk staff was terrible. We were in town for a wedding and stayed for four nights (not to mention most of our family stayed there too). The staff at the front desk was very unfriendly (never smiled) and were unwilling to accommodate. The hotel was very clean and quite and the grandkids loved the pool. Also, we had numerous family members visiting in the dining room area in the middle of the day, when the cleaning staff kicked us out so they could vacuum. Really? They couldn't vacuum when the room was unoccupied?
Never again. Our next visit, we will stay at the Hampton.

I was gone during the day and had a dozen roses sent to my room for date later that evening. On my way out I ask the front desk to please place the roses in the refrigerator. Upon my arrival back to my room I opened the door and was hit with an artic blast. The table had been moved close to the AC, unit which was set on high fan and at the coldest setting, along with a note that said they wouldn't fit in the refrigerator. Thanks to the Enid Holiday Inn Express I was able to impress my old high school sweetheart which I hadn't seen in over 44 years. Thanks agin HIE of Enid.

We were using our points to stay here for two nights, we asked for a complimentary upgrade and they gave us a suite. We had plenty of room with a couch, easy chair and table with 2 chairs. The room was clean and comfortable. Could have used a floor lamp by the couch for more lighting.
The ice machine on our floor was missing.
Breakfast was just adequate. The day we left was on a Sat. At 7:15 there were 2 slices of bread and two bagels in the bread place. The omelettes were burnt so we went on down the road to eat breakfast.
