Delicious breakfast Buffet. and the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I thought I was at home in my own bed. I would highly recommend The Holiday Inn Express Enid-Hwy 412 June 30, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great hotel in Enid this is kind of the "usual" Holiday Inn Express, but then dependability - or the "usual" might be just what you want! The beds are super comfortable, pillows great, the bath could be a bit cleaner. Breakfast typical but WAY more than doughnuts and coffee. Loved it. The pool is nice, but the ability to open it and have fresh air in the summer would be perfect - it gets so hot and sauna like that you can't stay in there more than a minute or two before your hair is completey messed up. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by avoid this motel at all costs showed up in the evening and checked into a room on the top floor. The room was at least 95 F when I walked in. I turned on the AC on "high", but the room was still hot when I went to bed. Both days there, the wireless either didn't work or was SLOW at best. One morning when I went to get ice near the lobby, either the ice machine was empty or was broken. The morning I checked out, my bill was not placed under the door, so I had to stand in line to get my bill. I stay at many HIE all over the midwest.....this place is the worst!!!! June 19, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Just another business trip! The hotel is clean and updated with above average furniture. The bed, sheets and pillows were comfortable. Room size was average but enough to complete business. The air conditioner was set internally by maintenance not to go below 72 degrees, making it hard not to sweat while you sleep. The wireless internet was not high speed and ran like dial up service. There were no choices at the free breakfast for people with medical conditions. June 5, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Uncomfortable Night's Stay It was a miserable night's stay because the ac unit, not even the fan alone selection would work, and therefore there was no air circulation in the room during the entire night and we were sweating while trying to sleep. The front desk did bring up a fan but it was still so uncomfortable and it was 60 degrees outside. At check-out the front desk awarded us $25 off for "guest not happy". Upon check-in the front desk was not prepared and our room was not ready even though it was past the check-in time. We had to wait for our room to be cleaned and prepared and while waiting in the living room area by the front lobby we endured a screaming child. While getting settled in the room we continued to hear the screaming child down the hallway. During the night we could hear the tv from the room next door. Not a good stay. This was not our first choice but selected this location because all other hotels were booked. We will continue to find another location for next visit. May 30, 2015
