Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very comfortable bed, but curtains wouldn't close Everything about the hotel was sufficient. Lots of towels in the bathroom, complimentary coffee, hair dryer, clean everything, etc. A peeve I have with all hotels is the small size of the water cups, but that's always true so I can't count it against Holiday Inn. The front desk night worker was not helpful about the area....she just told us "I don't know...Chili's, fast food - there isn't much in Ennis," when we asked about a local restaurant. The only real problem I had that I do blame the hotel for is that the curtains did not close, and we had a view of the parking lot lighting so it wasn't as dark in the room as I'd like to at night. Not a huge deal, but I don't understand why they don't close. May 20, 2015

Kaitlyn at the front desk goes above and beyond for each and every guest. The management is helpful and professional. The property is clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to recommend the Ennis Holiday Inn to friends, family or work associates. I look forward to my next stay!! May 5, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful service Front desk staff very friendly, polite and courteous. Went out of their way to adjust my bill following omission I made when reserving online. Restaurant staff opened for breakfast early and stayed late when an area wide power outage due to a severe storm knocked out power for several hours. Hotel staff made sure everyone was comfortable and safe during this time. Hotel was spotless, and rooms immaculate. Would definitely stay here again! April 23, 2015
