Broken elevator kept us up all night with unbearable squeaking. Toilet was broken when we arrived late first night. Requested room change due to toilet and noise. Six hours later was offered same room beside elevator one floor down. Refused due to not solving the noise problem. Desk staff were never available, and had to yell from the desk to get them to come out of the back room. Staff was often rude, particularly the ne woman who was there most often. Toilet repair was made two days and four requests later (every time we returned to our room to find it still not repaired). Printer in business center was broken, so we had to drive around looking for a place to print documents. No quarters available for laundry, and staff was rude when I asked if they had any. Of all the hotels where we have stayed across the country and the world, this was by far the worst. I will never stay at this hotel again, and probably never Holiday Inn Express

overall a very good experience with my stay. The only issue we had is the elevator went out on the last day we were there, other than that all good!

It would have been a good trip with the exception of the ants. The first day a saw 3 or 4 in the bath room and just ignored them. the second night they were everywhere. I was to tired to move to another hotel so I stuck it out.
There was a highway of ants from the bathtub around the whole room.

Although the staff personnel were fine, hotel management is not attending to details and the quality of the establishment is falling.

Arrived on a Sunday night, had to yell for clerk to come out of the back to check me in.
Was not greeted correctly.
No name tags on employees until Friday morning when I check out and they had been contacted by IHG.
Wall paper in room was peeling off the wall.
Battle ants in my room all week.
The GM had been replaced and the new GM was not on property during my stay.
Will not stay in this property in the future. I had stay on this property 2 years ago and did not have these concerns.
I do not know if ownership has changed but service levels have gotten worse.

I checked into this hotel late on a Friday evening. The staff member who checked me in was very friendly and professional. She apologized for the fact that although I had booked a suite online, it was not available. Apparently the system allowed guests to book rooms that were not actually available. I had my young granddaughter with me and the staff person brought me a crib promptly. However, the room key did not work so she went back downstairs to activate a key and bring it to me instead of me having to go to the check-in desk with the baby. I was pleased to see that although I didn't get the suite I'd booked the room was very spacious and it included a fridge and microwave. The main reason I'd booked a suite is because I wanted the fridge for the baby's milk so it wasn't that big of a deal it not being available.
The next morning the lady overseeing the breakfast area was very helpful as I was trying to gather up the baby and her stuff as well as clear the table and put the highchair away.
The hotel is tucked away a little bit behind some other businesses but the signage on the main highway is good so it was easy to find.
I did notice that there were papers on the floor from a previous guest.
