We normally stay at HIE facilities across the country and can honestly state the the Staff at the Enterprise HIE is the best. Always friendly, I enjoyed every conversation we had over the many days we stayed there. I especially commend the front desk staff. We were in and out at all hours and all were fantastic. We stayed in three different HIEs this trip ... the Enterprise Staff was the best! I especially like the new sliding doors installed since my last visit. These doors are between the bedroom and the bathroom. It eliminated all hallway noise and even allowed me to shower without waking my wife and two dogs. Excellent idea! Very dog friendly...lots of open area to walk our two small dogs. Location is very good with several restaurants right there. August 23, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor upkeep and maintenance Pool was closed due to failed pump. Pool was very green so must have been out for at least a week. Kids were very disappointed after being in the car all day. Fitness center was closed due to water in electrical room. Room was near elevator and was extremely loud. Seems like the hotel is not being cared for properly and starting to show through multiple failures. Breakfast area was well kept and had good selection. Discussed frustrations with front desk and didn't seem to care at all. Do not feel as a valued member of IHG anymore. Will be using a different hotel chain from now on. August 3, 2015

Room access key also needed to be re-programmed on third day. Recommend requesting room away from elevator due to high noise. August 3, 2015
