This is an older property, but still clean and comfortable. The staff are outstanding. They helped us with last minute booking changes, and took care of an issue with the hair dryer immediately.

I always stay here on my way from Syracuse to Chicago on business. Staff is friendly; room clean; bed and pillows comfortable; breakfast perfect for me; and affordable.

Front desk staff not welcoming and friendly. Felt like I was interrupting whatever they were doing when I checked in. The housekeeping staff barely did their job. Shower was never cleaned throughout my stay, garbages not emptied, and coffee not refilled or machine cleaned. The red blanket on the bed was stained. I removed and put in the pile of dirty towels, just to find the same dirty blanket put back on my bed.
Rooms are a spacious and a little more modern than some holiday inns. With the proper front desk and housekeeping staff this could be a great location.

The breakfast was average coffee was always watery. No cooked oatmeal only instance, no variety of fruit just bananas.

we had a nice stay overall. However; when our room hadn't been cleaned by 1:30 pm I called the front desk to request clean towles, soap and shampoo rather than a full room clean. When nobody showed up three hours later I stopped a housekeeper to request those items. It was an awkward conversation. I was also at a loss on where to tke the garbage out of my room.

From the booking through checkout, staff were excellent. It's nice to be acknowledge by all staff whether they're responding to a request or just crossing paths in an elevator. Appreciate in particular the front desk taking care of our packages delivered prior to our stay. We'll definitely be back.

Checked in at 3 PM on Thursday, and departed Saturday at 11. Housekeeping never came to our room to clean it. We were out of the room early Friday, returning at approximately 3:30 PM (after normal check in time when rooms should be cleaned). Housekeeping had not been to our room. I called the front desk to have some towels sent up. After waiting about 20 minutes, I tracked a member of the housekeeping staff down in the hallway and requested towels. Very disappointed. Also, there were a few small things upon check in: we had no Kleenex (not even an empty box, just an empty holder). No pen in our room and only one bar of soap (should be one for sink and one for tub). The worst occurrence was the noise from the ADJOINING room at 8:27 PM on Friday night. A single couple having EXTREMELY loud "relations" which was offensive and disturbed our night time routine with our 3 year old son. Obviously not the hotel's fault but some simple planning might have prevented this situation I.e. don't put a young couple with NO kids adjacent to the Kids Suite (for which we payed a premium). We are drawn to this location because of the waterpark, however, we have two other options that are attached and we will give serious consideration to if we visit again. Also, there was no recognition of my IHG membership (other than my number on file). In other HI Express hotels I have received a bottle of water and small snack upon check in which has always been appreciated yet not in this case.
