Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service A room is a room once you get inside. I find that what distinguishes them are the staff that you deal with in the lobby and halls. The check in clerk TARSHIA was great. We were stranded in Phila with a canceled flight and with virtually no help from the airline. I called the hotel from the courtesy phone and she was able to confirm she had rooms at a good rate and how to quickly get to the shuttle pick up spot. Once at the hotel she quickly and efficiently checked us in and inquired about the Rewards club. She was cheerful, helpful, and efficient at the check in and I appreciate all of her help.
