The hotel staff went above and beyond expectations. Have stayed at many of your hotels but the staff at the Eunice hotel were by far the best.

This was a good value option for a one night stay. The room was comfortable and spacious and the king bed was very good. The only negatives were the strong smell of cleaning product that greeted us when we arrived in the guest room and the musty smell in the lift.

My stay at the Holiday Inn Express has been a very rewarding one. The staff there made you feel very welcome. My stay was for business purposes which lasted approximately 4 months. The hotel became my home away from home. The staff always greeted me with a smile, checked me in and out quickly, and even thought enough of me to learn my name and address me by it in passing. I couldn't have asked for better service. They are truly a part of my extended family!!

Baseball team travel nearby. The Holiday Inn Express was the best part of our travel locations and accommodations. We appreciate the consistent level of excellence.

On March 4, 2016 my husband and I stayed at the Holiday inn Express, mainly for quality time because I am originally from Eunice but a quite place is what we both wanted. Upon arrival services was Great. I checked out on March 5th early before check out time due to a funeral I had to attend.
Customer Service at that time was great, latter in the afternoon I preceived I had left my charger in room #302 and immediately called the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk stated he would check but have someone call me the next day.
On Sunday after church I decided to make a trip up there and the female front desk person stated she would look she went to looking for keys for the lost and found stated she could not fine the keys but took my name and number and stated she would call me if she found anything.
On the afternoon of Sunday she called and asked me for my name and address and her manager Irene stated she would mail it if they found it or would give me a call on Monday.
On Monday the 7th I did not hear from Irene, so I decided to give her a call. My when I called she was the rudeness unprofessional Hotel Managet I have ever dealt with. She placed me on hold never came back to the line so I decided to give her a call back.
She answered the phone with dryness due to caller ID. Her reply was her employees don't steal and she did not see or have my charger. Because I am a business professional my first thought was to reach another person with authority
Upon my request she stated she was the person to talk to and her owner would not want to talk to me, Her voice was loud. However I continued to say can I please get a number so I call and file my compliant. By this time the phone conversation became heated and she hung up the phone in my face.
On today March 15 she had her front desk clerk call me and say we found your charger but Irene wants you to mail a self address envelope so we can mail your charger. My reply was i have to do what. I asked her to speak to Irene poor young lady was do frighten she said I will call you back.
I decided to call back and Irene got on the phone again very rude unprofessional again over a charger that belong to me.
I received the owner name and Vince from me to you Irene is very rude, unprofessional for your business. I dealt with Sonya for many many years and at that time your hotel was the best ever.

See Prior Comments Hotel accommodations were lacking in terms of room physical plant issues and internet service, TV and lighting.
