Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room but terrible service We were traveling in Louisiana. I saw the Point Breaks Hotel in Eunice, and decided to try it out. The room was great, however, the service was terrible. The staff acted as if they had rather be home than helping out ANY! Every question that I asked them was a dread for them to even answer. This wasn't just one person, but everyone I came in contact with that day and the next. There were never any friendly smiles or have a great day. I consider myself to be a very nice and polite person. I value others acting the same. August 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by vs. the Eunice Inn I usualy stay at the Enice Inn. This was like a 5 star hotel to me. I loved the staff and the clean rooms. No burn wholes in bed. I do wish that all Holiday Inn Express room rates would be the same in all locations. Thanks Matt August 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best hotel stay in months! Stayed at several hotels in past month. in Kinder LA and a resort in Galveston. This holiday inn express had them beat hands down. Will stay again if in the area. Cold air. Good internet. Friendly desk staff. Very comfortable bed. Actually pulled sheet up to see what brand bed was. It was a Serta. Good tv channel selection. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Impression Dim lighting was experienced in the bathroom. Biggest distraction to the visit. Some quality of workmanship could be reviewed in the bathroom as well. Materials of choice and color tones were fantastic. The staff was extremely accommodative, courteous and very helpful. We left a bag and the desk clerk called and we were able to retrieve it. Did not expect it but the honesty and integrity of the staff was most impressive! Would recommend as a result. July 30, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great people I was a female solo traveler for business. I was warmly greeted by the desk staff. Everyone there was very accommodating. The property and the guest room, while a bit older, was clean and comfortable. There were picnic tables and grills on the property which I thought was a nice addition for extended stays and for families. I did have trouble printing my boarding passes for the return flight home. As a result, the desk clerk confirmed my flight an printed my passes from the desk computer. One complaint would be that the elevator door was very squeaky. I was near the elevator so it was a bit loud. Another complaint was that the chair was a bit stained. These issues were not bad enough for me to complain to the staff. I consider this a good value for a moderate'y priced hotel chain. I would definitely stay here again when my business brings me to Eunice. Great place. Great people. June 29, 2015
