During 2012, I spent more time at this hotel than I spent at home for business reasons. Starting out in 2013, I have already been at the hotel once. Last time I left, I packed in a rush, forgot my pj's, no worries, I know they will be waiting for me when I return. They always "bend over backwards" for anything you may need. My room was cleaned beyond execption. The breakfast service is always on time and tasty. If you are in the Evansville area, this is the best place to stay, regardless of where your actual destination is, east side, downtown, etc.

We were reluctant to stay in a hotel for three days, including Christmas, but the friendly, caring staff made us feel right at home. We frequently left and returned, and each time were greeted warmly. Accomodations were great and having a refrigerator was a plus.

The staff was very friendly, but the bathroom wallpaper was coming off the walls. Some room renovations are needed. I think they were in the process of renovating several of the rooms on my floor.

Our daughter graduates fro USI Dec 2012.This hotel has been my home away from home for 41/2 years. Our family has always been comfortable here. The staff is friendly, breakfast is good (and free!). The rooms are comforable and clean. It is quiet. I typically do not sleep well away from home ,but was very comfy here. I like that they have a workout room and indoor pool/hot tub to unwind after my 41/2 hour drive.Evansville is a very friendly town and the staff here is no exception. They have helped us with many recommendations from where to eat to where to go for medical attention when my daughter was ill.Dont forget to ask for the USI discount. Also, I recommend the Priority Club if you will be like me,,coming to Evansville on a regular basis while your child attends USI. You gain points and a free treat at check in!.Plus the hotel is located by restaurants,Walmart for dorm stuff and just minutes from USI.

Both the telephone and the Jacuzzi tub were non-operable. A support call was made, but morning staff reported they saw no notes made on the account for support.
