The hotel is not great or bad, just ok. The lady that checked us in played the one up game, as in your weather on your trip was nice , but mine was better.

Enjoyed the stay and slept very well as the beds are very comfortable. There were no cookies at night and the breakfast area where the food was located was a bit cramped. Other than those minor comments our stay was very pleasing.

We thoroughly enjoy staying at your establishment in Everett.
We are repeat customers and stay nearly every month.
The crew on the front desk are wonderful, we get a warm welcome, it's like visiting with your family.
Also, the crew in the dining room can't do enough to make your meal enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by tailes A very good property
We have stayed here a number of times over the years and so glad it is back to its former stature, and has been for a while too. Check in was a breeze and instant acknowledge of being a Platinum member. The rooms are a nice size with comfortable bed and pillows, wifi worked well too.
It appeared there was a wedding reception that evening but the hotel was nice and quiet. I booked their breakfast included package and it was well worth it with a choice of 3 options including beverage. We also were there for dinner, the menu is limited but the food and service was very good (terrific waitress evening of April 19.)
Easy access of the freeway, if you know where you are going, just follow their map. We did not use the indoor pool, although it did look inviting. It was nice to have the underground gated parking, not many people were using it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Loour This one stay was a nightmare.
I have stayed for many days after surgery at this hotel. It was perfect. This time was not. Some of it could have been avoided. The hotel was full (convention). Noisy partying after hours. That only one elevator worked meant many people in the hall talking and yelling up the hall to see if the elevator had come. After only a few hours sleep the noise started again with doors (many - most likely every door on the floor) was slamming. And again much noise at the elevator with long waits and upset people. When it finally quieted down here come the housekeepers. Of course after trying to get into my room (yes I had the DO NOT DISTURB SIGN ON THE DOOR) they decided to clean the 2 rooms either side of me. I swear the walls are made cardboard. You can hear everything. So for this stay, I had little sleep and less rest. This was the reason I had come to the hotel; for sleep and rest.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Lorne123 Lack of coffee was an issue.
I was pretty disappointed that you didn't offer complimentary coffee in the lobby (in the morning) at the Everett, WA Holiday Inn on Pine Street. You can get a cup of coffee in the lobby at 5 o'clock in the afternoon though. I am not sure if breakfast was part of the room package or not. They certainly did not let us know about it if that was the case. I believe that it was part of the package several years ago when we stayed there. The FINAL STRAW was Monday morning 3/31 at 7:55 a.m. --- we were checking out, on our way to the airport in our rented car and I stopped at the coffee bar to buy a cup of coffee to go. No barista to be seen. The waitresses in the cafe didn't even acknowledge my presence with "hey, I'll find somebody to help you." No eye contact. Nothing. I gave it about 2 minutes and shrugged my shoulders and left. I guess they didn't want my $3.50. The room was excellent though.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Laurra Great, affordable place to stay
We recently stayed here for a pageant weekend, and I was very impressed with our entire hotel experience. First, I felt it was very clean, professional, comfortable, and absolutely worth the money. The staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the entire bedding choices (firm or soft pillows labeled) made our sleep wonderful.
I would definitely stay here again!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 noisy and worst breakfast
Worst sleep I have ever had. We had a room next to the freeway side of the hotel. They couldn't switch our rooms to the parking lot side and didn't apologize for the inconvenience! There were people partying in the room next to us and also kept us up all night! The breakfast was way down the banquet hall with no signs and the food was horrible. We decided to go to starbucks instead. I feel like I should get a credit or my money back! Worst stay in a hotel ever!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pesto9 Bad management
They screwed up my reservation over the phone, over E-mail, and three times while we were staying there. We wanted two rooms right next to each other and it seemed like an impossible task. The fire alarm testing was loud and obnoxious and lasted for hours. We were charged for a movie we didn't buy, which was the only thing they were able to fix in a timely fashion. We paid too much for the room to not have it include breakfast and with all the other problems, it just wasn't worth the price. We won't be staying here again any time soon.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Sophia13 Great Visit
Business trip. Spent most of the time working in our room. Comfortable and nice layout. Friends who were staying at another hotel were so upset when they saw our room. They paid $55 more a night and their room was not as big or as welcoming.
Had vouchers for breakfast and was VERY happy we did as the breakfast in the hotel dining room was horrid. Neither one of us finished our breakfast as it was so bad.
The breakfast was the ONLY disappointing feature. Hotel and staff were top notch!!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by ColleenCCA It was fine
I stayed at this property for the first time while on a business trip in the area. Nice lobby, staff at the front desk were polite and helpful during check-in. I also appreciated the gentleman at the front desk agreeing to a late check-out (1 pm) the next day. The room looked nice upon entering. Bed was semi-comfortable, although I wished I had brought my own pillow. I was pretty disappointed with the bathtub, however! This may be the shallowest bath tub I have ever experienced in a hotel room. Even when filled very high, my legs were almost completely out of the water. The water then slowly drained out, and I'd say most of the time my entire body was completely out of the water while I was sitting in the tub. I think the maximum water level was maybe 6-7 inches. Not a very pleasant bathing experience. I had lunch in the restaurant the following day, and while the service was good and very attentive, the food was disappointing. I ordered the French Onion soup; the beef broth itself was so dark brown, and so extremely salty, it seemed like the kitchen had taken a very dark au jus sauce, threw in some onions, added a crostini with a slice of gruyere on top, and called it French Onion Soup. When I asked for some bread to try and soak up some of this very strong "soup", I was told they do not have any bread, only crostini toast. Oh well...... the house salad was edible, but the cucumber slice was questionable as far as freshness. I'm not a big fan of "spring mix" greens, so I should have ordered the Caesar instead. If I come back a second time, I know what NOT to order! Overall, it was an okay stay. As a Priority Club Platinum Member, I'm willing to stay at this property again to give it another try. I'll plan on taking a shower rather than a bath, though.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Very pleased with our experience
We were very pleased with our experience visiting the Everett Holiday Inn. The room was clean and fresh, recently updated, and we felt very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. The entire facility was very nice, although we were only there for one overnight stay and did not use many of the amenities. We were traveling from out of town and the location was perfect, right off of the freeway and very near our destination in old town Everett. We'd definitely come back, and will remember this place for next time.

The hotel was an excellent venue for the wsca. I have been a member of the wsca for 30 years and enjoy attending the clinic in Everett. I brought my wife up also and she enjoyed the hotels offerings. She was also able to shop in Everett and drive shortly to the Tulalip outlets. The coaches of year dinner and hall of fame dinner was excellent. My compliments to the director of the dinners. He looked stressed during the night as my wife said, but she told him don't worry, just keep the food coming and it was good. The setup is great for wsca coaches.

We stayed at this hotel on Christmas night after spending the day with our family. The hotel is very attractive in it's decor & design. The hotel staff very friendly & professional. Our room was nice, cozy & welcoming with the lights on & the heat set at a comfortable temp when we entered. It was quiet for sleeping although that could be because it was a holiday. Even so, we enjoyed the quiet room & very comfortable bed. We've stayed here before when visiting family & return because we are confident in receiving good accomodations. A plus to this hotel is the secure undergound parking garage. We had a nice breakfast in their dining room the next morning & as always, ejoyed our meal.

We went over the Christmas Holidays. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast there almost every day and it was delicious. The service was a bit slow several days but that may have been because of the holidays. They even left a stocking on the door on Christmas morning! We were a bit worried about noise since it is right next to I 5 but we never heard a thing.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by jabexperiencedtraveller clean room, horrible restaurant
We had 2 meals in the restaurant and they were both awful. The service was fine, but the food was uneatable. The breakfast in the morning that came with food vouchers was ice cold and I think that the frying oil for the hashbrowns had not been changed in a year. Absolutely disgusting!

I am a entertainer and recently had the pleasure of being part of the 2013 Everett Conference. As an extra bonus I was able to stay at the Downtown Everett Holiday Inn before and after my performance. The room was perfect for my needs. The bed was comfortable, had a choice of soft or firm pillows and everything was clean and tidy.
My only issue was the coffee we had in the room. For me it was too bitter to even finish one cup. But I know that is a personal preference. I did notice at checkout that there was an expresso stand in the lobby which I could have gone to for my coffee fix.

Thanks for the great stay, love the bed, love the pillows the best. Excellent reception, courteous desk staff (so nice). Cool location too, the last time we stayed there, we had no idea where we were....this time we discovered the town of Snohomish. We took a cab to Snohomish, saw an awesome concert by the Aury Moore band and took a cab back to your hotel. It was so fun, we will be back, hopefully for a repeat. Cheers,Janet

If you don't want to read the whole write up I'll just say this is the best hotel accommodation we've ever had.
My Fiancee and I were in town for 1 night from Canada and this was the most reasonable price we could find for the Marysville area, so we actually booked a few days in advance. The price I was given over the phone was actually $10 more than the quote online, but difference included breakfast and unlike online was refundable.
We were hoping to watch Hockey Night In Canada from our room, but it wasn't available. Which wasn't surprising being Washington isn't exactly known for passionate hockey fans. The Hotel Pub did however have the Eastern broadcast-Montreal, not Toronto. Happy Hour was I think longer than 1 hour with $3 something beers and inexpensive but tasty appy's. This Hotel, to our surprise, also provides free shuttle service to town and back for all guests! We decided to take in a WHL game last minute on account of finding out the shuttle was taking the visiting Prince George Cougars to the arena. We hitched a ride a little later completely free, to and from the game!
Breakfast was awsome-Bacon and eggs, pancakes or fruit and yogurt and of course coffee and tea. Full service restaurant.
The pool is 24 hours for 18+ but closes at I think it was 10 for kids.

The Hotel is beautifully remodeled and we enjoyed our room.
I asked for a late check out of room 107 at 12:30pm and was told "no problem"....unfortunately that was not communicated to other front desk staff as they asked my 88 yr old, hard-of-hearing Father when we were planning on leaving, like we were "overstaying" My Dad was upset about it...didn't like being approached when he didn't know what was going on. Isn't it interesting how one such incident can tarnish the "customer service" part....of the stay.
I also asked the front desk if I could read the USA Today-there was one on the furniture table ...... they told me I needed to enroll in the IHG Rewards Club to get it for free....yet, they said I could read the paper that was available to anyone walking by...Hmmm...
