Our company does snow removal all around the hotel. Almost every time in the past 3 years we needed rooms at this hotel we were taken care of. The staff is always willing to go out of the way to make room for us. Many times we will take 10-12 rooms. Sometimes more. Its always nice when you are out in the cold for hours and hours servicing others and you can come back to a warm and friendly enviroment and free welcomed.
Thanks to the staff at this location we will continue stay here when needed.

I stayed here for a business trip and I dont really have any complaints. The room was comfortable and quiet and the hotel staff was literally the best I have encountered. Very friendly and attentive. My only gripes are I didn't like pillows and the bathroom. The pillows were too soft and ended up basically flat after a little while. I think they need some firm ones. The bathroom was pretty small and plain, nothing at all wrong with it. In fact it was very clean and well maintained. Just think it could be better with some higher ceilings (not that thats an easy fix) and better light fixtures.

I was in the area for business meeting. The front desk staff was very nice.
Had some issues with the bath tub faucet and brought it to the attention of the front desk person during checkout. The heat/air unit was a bit loud it was an older unit.
The beds were comfortable and the room was a bit dated. Needs a fresher look!
Overall it was a nice stay for a very good price.

Facility is well run, clean, and staffed by a hardworking group. The breakfast provided was quite good, although I personally don't like the "automated" pancake machine! The staff was responsive, and had crews salting the parking lots and walkways when an ice storm hit. Room lighting should be brighter, and apparently not all rooms have refrigerators. You will find this an excellent place to stay - just do not expect 5 star luxury - for that, go to a Holiday Inn!

There is no water pressure in the handicap first floor rooms. I have stayed in two of them and neither had any pressure - a drip at best.
I called and asked the Manager if he would return my phone call. I told him when I stayed there and simply wanted to let him know that he needed to have the pressure looked at in the two rooms I have used.
He was in the hotel when I called and left him a message - a nice message. He has still not called me back - maybe after this posting he will finally call me back.
He should call any customer back - it is clear that he shoudl spend time with his front counter staff. His front counter staff always is outstanding - they know how to treat their customers. His front counter staff needs to train him on how to treat customers.
