Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great service and comfortable rooms this was our 2nd time visiting Fairbanks, 1st time at the Holiday Inn Express. We could not be more pleased with our stay. Clean comfortable rooms, wonderful breakfast, clean cool exercise room and relaxing pool and spa. The hotel staff were outstanding! All of the employees were friendly and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Fairbanks. January 29, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by EXCELLENT PLACE TO STAY!! I have been traveling for business to Fairbanks for five years now. I was a loyal customer of another branch and they made some changes. I was not happy, so I decided to try the Holiday Inn Express and have now made them my priority selection. I am very happy with the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, the wonderful breakfast, and the location. I will continue to make multiple trips to Fairbanks each month, and the Holiday Inn is now my preference!! I would recommend their services! January 13, 2014

Breakfast was the same as usual to all the Holiday Inn Express, but they have a fireplace was cute and cozy. William was the Guest Services Agent helped us checked in at late night/ very early morning, he's very nice, friendly, and pleasant! January 8, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Second stay let me down :( I have stayed here two years ago and had an AWESOME experience, so when looking for a hotel in Fairbanks, I naturally went with this property. This second visit was a fail on many levels: from a surly checkin; a failed attempt at an early checkin (90 minutes early to be exact); a musty smelling bathroom; and the free breakfast buffet which started too late for me to take advantage of it because it was the weekend. Hmmm. I cannot believe how quickly this went from one of my favorite hotels in the city to one which I won't be back to. January 1, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent services on a budget Everything related to staying in the room here was good. One of my complaints is that if you use the pool, you will find they do not keep a stock of towels available in the facility, so you have to bring some from your room, or else ask for additional towels from the front desk if you anticipate on showering and don't want to dry off with a chlorine soaked towel. This may be a minor gripe in context, but I was expecting a little more from the continental breakfast. It was a lot of what I would expect to find in a gas station for food. Even the french toast tasted like it was coated in some kind of artificial cinnamon flavor. The only thing I felt comfortable feeding to my toddler was a banana. January 1, 2014
