Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Bed to much noise This was our last stop on our 5 week tour of the lower 48 and Canada. We had stayed in several Holiday Inn Express's and where some what disappointed in our home state. We only spent one night, but the highway side of the hotel which we were on was pretty noise. The check in was very slow and we were not offered the priority club member gift bag that we received at all the others. No towels at the pool that night or the next morning and I did let the front desk know the first night. The trash cans outside the front door were overflowing onto the concrete. June 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Helpful staff and comfortable room Holiday Inn Express is one of our favorite places to stay because of their comfortable beds and wonderful pillows, so we knew we wanted to stay there when going to Fairbanks. The staff members who checked us in were very polite and friendly. They went out of their way to help us find the best places to eat and sight-see. Our room was clean and spacious. Since it's light most of the night, we could have used a little more "room darkening," but it was adequate for us to get a good night's sleep. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality hotel Nice hotel, friendly staff good location rooms are comfortable and bathroom was fully functional. The only complaint was the pesky snow and the cars in the parking lot that stopped them from plowing the parking lot. I remember this area when there wasn't a Holiday Inn in the area or any other major hotel. Great improvement. May 17, 2013

The hotel was in an excellent location, well maintained and the rooms very comfortable. My only suggestion would be for the staff to be more familiar with the local eateries for dining suggestions to hungry travelers. April 11, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Good location and relatively new Staff is pleasant but needs training. Example is inability to leave a paper outside of door for 12 days in a row, even though I am member of Priority Club and asked about the service 6 times in 12 days. Always an apology, never a fix. Fresh fruit and granola in breakfast selection would be nice. Fitness center is very basic, no weights and could use a little more effort and attention. April 4, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by excellant The room had no phone, no chair, and the cabinet the TV sits on was in need of repair. The top of the cabinet was pulled away from the sides. The staff brought a chair as soon as we called but someone must have a fight or something in the room. The staff as always was profession and treated us well. We will stay there some more when we go to town and I always recommend your hotel to my friends. March 29, 2013
