Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Very unsatisfied! The smallest room I've ever been in at a Holiday Inn Express. First of all, I was directly above housekeeping with a washer that is terribly out of balance that shook the floors and was noisier than the plane I flew in to get there but after complaining twice all I got was "We really need to fix that, sorry" and not even offer to move me. My air conditioner was on max high cool and ran the entire time I was in the room, it never got cool in the room and I woke each morning in a sweat. I also had to leave a day early due to the death of an immediate family member and was still charged the additional night I wasn't there, I called to see what could be done about the extra night charge and was pretty much blown off, it was over two weeks ago and I have yet to receive that phone call from management I was told I would get. I will NEVER stay there again. July 20, 2014

I brought my family with me on this trip, and the room was a bit small to accomodate 4 people comfortably, but the condition of the room itself was excellent and well maintained. The breakfast was good, but could have had more variety. We did like the pancake machine better than the waffle makers you see at many other places. July 14, 2014

She provided me very specific directions, as well. Also, the woman that checked me in upon arrival was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed after a long drive. July 7, 2014
