The room was wonderful, very clean, and the staff is very courteous and kind. It was a quick check in and check out, very impressed.

The people were great, The only problems I had was that the room was not cleaned very well. trash on the floor as well as pre-eaten sunflower seeds all over the floor. No wash clothes in the room.

The holiday inn express was the most expensive and the worst stay I have had yet. It started with my reservation I was told that I was getting a King bed and ended up with two queen beds. The room was pertty small with the two beds in it. The next thing I noticed is that the end table and the lamp on it looked like it have never been dusted I turned on the light and noticed my hand was filthy and had to go wash them. I had a very poor internet connection so I gave up on sending emails that I need to get out. After that frustration I was headed to bed and wanted to see the weather channel after I laid down and found that I got a whole 5 channels, 3 C-span channels, Fox news and some other channel but no weather. I needed to know the weather because I had heard that there was a bad snow storm coming and was traveling through it and needed to know when I had to leave the area before the stom hit. Overall this was the worse expericence I have had with your hotels. I perfer to stay with you because of the great service I usually recieve. You need to do a review of this hotel and find out what is going on. Also I was not greeted as a Priority Club Member.

This hotel met our needs. We were looking for an inexpensive hotel not far from the metro for commuting into Washington. The room was a little small for four people and the bathroom was tiny, but it was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and the breakfast exceeded our expectations.

We always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inns. They are actually our preference. We just stopped in here on our way home to PA no reservation, just taking a chance there would be vacancies. We too, were greeted by "Ruth" at the front desk, and she was a sweetheart. Told us of the great special on the rooms for the night, and just treated us great! She wanted to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. She was very helpful, and is an asset to this Holiday Inn!

I had never been to the area and was only staying 2 nights. While this is an older hotel, it has been remodeled. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast bar area was well stocked and had lots of choices. The staff was very helpful. What more can you ask for! I would stay here again if I return to the area.

Suited my family's needs perfectly. A mile from George Mason U, easy to access. Rooms are clean and comfortable (2 queen beds). Hot breakfast in the deal as well. Would definitely come back

We were greeted my "Ruth" who was the absolute best receptionest ever in any Hoiliday Inn facility as well as any Resort i have ever stayed at. The entire stay was great even being caught is a school debut -Lots and lots of school kids but well handled.

This hotel was unprofessional to say the least. We paid for the air and space package which included a $25 giftcard for parking at the Air and Space museum at Dulles Airport. They didn't have any and was shocked that I was disappointed. It's just parking is what they said.
