The breakfast, pool, hot tub, staff were all good. The only negative was the beds. Have to be the hardest/firmest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Took my wife several days of sleep in our own bed before her back stopped hurting. The floor may have been softer.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly and asked if we needed anything extra. We had a good time at the pool. The hotel was really quiet and we all had a good nights sleep. I would like to say thank you to the staff for being so nice! Also, the pool area is open 24 hrs that so great.

This is about the third or fourth time we have stayed in your facility in Cincinnati - Fairfield. We have always been accommodated very nicely, thus we keep coming back. Keep up the great job, and we look forward to seeing you again in August.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was a very clean and enjoyable place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and we all slept like babies! We all agreed that our choice was excellent. We definitely will be back. Thank You

Stayed here for 4 days for graduation at miami univ. Excellent staff (breakfast helper and front desk particularly helpful). One of the better holiday inns I have stayed at, everything was comfortable, (beds, shower etc. I have never written a hotel review before but felt this was worth my time.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good, nice variety. I found the bed to be a little uncomfortable, but my husband thought it was fine. We were staying here because it was the closest hotel to Miami University that we could find on graduation weekend. On Sunday, the lady at the desk had printed out directions to MU that were so easy to follow and a much better drive than mapquest or our GPS. Thank you to her, I'm sorry I didn't get her name, she deserves a raise!!! Also a lighted sign at the back entrance off the road would be nice! We arrived late each night and the turn is hard to find.
