Finally a hotel/motel that locates indoor pool and exercise in an area accessible to the front desk; most importantly pool and exercise open 24 hrs. aday. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Comfortable Everything was typical Holiday Inn Express. Location was ideal, being only 5 min. from both my business commitments. Only issue was one day when maid apparently got distracted after removing the used towels and never finished straightening the room. Housekeeping was fine all the other days. Breakfast spread was standard for HIE and food was all fresh. October 7, 2014

Arriving around midnight, I experienced the most friendly front desk team member at check-in...Very helpful and just a great experience after a long travel day. That service continued in the morning with morning front desk team member. Ordinarily, I simply rely on rapid check-out but forgetting a razor and shaving cream required a trip to the front desk. Service with a smile as if it were being provided by an old friend. Breakfast area was clean, organized and high quality. I would recommend this location to anyone and I plan on visiting again when business brings me back to Cincinnati and Fairfield. Thank you! B.R. from TX October 7, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great staff The staff was incredible. They went well beyond the normal service and went out of their way to help from the front desk to employees we met in the hallways. I have a sleep disorder but I have to say the beds and pillows made it hard not to fall asleep comfortably. The only problem I had was with the air conditioner. It was hard to get and hold the right temperature but I'm picky when it comes to room temperature and it would not keep me from staying here again. September 30, 2014
