Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad overall The first visit was there Christmas eve. The reservation was in my son in law's name. I am handicapped. The elevator hardly ever worked. the outside doors didn't work I had to walk all the way around the building to get in. We were dealing with a sudden death on Christmas eve and having to carry lots of stuff to the room which was very hard for me. The food in the I joined your club but have not received any perks or information concerning this. I know the standards for Holiday Inn and you met none of them. I will mention also I was double charged the first time waiting to see that refund. Over all your company needs to address a lot of issues. Unfortunately for us we will have to return but not at all happy about it. January 11, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Enjoyable stay at Fairfield Holiday Inn Express We stay in the Holiday Inn Express in Fairfield every time we come to town to visit relatives. The Holiday Inn is clean, comfortable beds and extremely friendly staff. The breakfast is very good. We stayed Dec 24th 2013. Even though there were not very many people in the hotel, they had a wonderful breakfast. We will stay here again and tell our friends to stay there as well. December 28, 2013

Room was always cleaned and the bed/pillows were perfect. Will definitely choose this establishment if in that direction again. November 8, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed feelings Hotel was clean and easy to find. However, we were there for two nights and did not have the maids come in to clean our room After the first night because we had too many things in the room. When we called to trade out our towels for clean ones we were told that they were out of towels and would not have any until the next day. I think there was too many occupants in the hotel at one time. November 4, 2013
