The rooms are always clean, staff is friendly and helpful, and the surroundings are peaceful. I really enjoyed the Christmas decorations this last time. In addition, there were fresh baked cookies and bottled water in the lobby. It made it feel like home! December 31, 2012

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by One to avoid I recently visited the Fairfield TX area and the Fairfield North Holiday In Express. Front Desk Staff was inexperienced and rude. Room and bathroom was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. Noise level was intolerable. Breakfast hours started a 6:00 am and by 7:00 am there was nothing left but Cereal and Danish. There was no Coffee. This hotel is not worth staying at for the price I was charged. I arrived on a Sunday late afternoon. December 4, 2012
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by never left a holiday in to check in another untill this one internet was the worst ever after 4 days of not usable internet was told they would move me to a better area and up grade me .i was moved across the hall from a king single suite to a queen double with internet just as bad (how they figured moving across the hall would improve the wireless internet is plain stupidity ) after talking to the assistant manager the next day and was told the internet was not there problem and to contact the server I checked out and moved to the hotel down the road I was to be there for 28 days only lasted 4 December 2, 2012

The rooms and lobby were very clean and modern in design and the beds were really comfortable. The staff was always friendly and helpful as well. November 26, 2012
