Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love this hotel and staff!!! We drive to Fairmont every year for our family reunion and in the past have been extremely disappointed in the accommodations. We have stayed at almost every place we could find trying to find a clean and quiet place for the week. This year we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at the Kingmont exit and we will never stay anywhere else again. This has been by far the best stay we have experienced. The hotel was clean when we were there, it is a no smoking hotel and you can tell they enforce that policy. The breakfast was varied and covered all the bases. We also stayed in a suite so we had ample space for spreading out a little while we were in the room. I highly recommend this hotel for any travel needs in the area! July 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Thanks for a good night's rest We were in Fairmont for a wedding and stayed at Holiday Inn Express. We were so happy with our choice. After a long, hot day, we returned to a clean, comfortable room and had a great night's sleep. We had all the conveniences of home and had a delicious breakfast the next day that was complimentary. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff, Needs Updating The stay here wasn't great in terms of sleep. The mattress wasn't comfortable and the pillows were very flat. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and this is still the best hotel in Fairmont. July 10, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight stay during cross country trip. I booked this room on my points for my two sons who were travelling from maryland to Colorado. The Hotel was very nice and the breakfast was also very good. The only problem they encountered was they charged my son's VISA gift card over $200 even though the room was booked using points. I bought this card for my son to use for gas on the trip as I had relocated to Colorado for my job and they needed to drive one of our cars. He ended up making it to Colorado with a dollar left on the card and no gas. The $200 was not placed back on the card until 3 days later. I wwill give the Hotel credit as the gentleman who was working the next night when I called actually called the Manager at home to get this straightened out. My advice is to always verify they did not bill you when you are using points. July 9, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Second Stay This is our second visit and we enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn...Clean, pleasant staff, consist services, and great breakfast, should add a waffle maker to the breakfast list. Not everyone likes pancakes...but other than that..we will stay again next year for sure. July 9, 2014

Offered to look up my rewards member number so that I would get credit for the stay - thank you! Breakfast attendant was very nice and attentive. Room was clean and bed was comfy. There was a pool and a fitness room, but didn't have time to utilize those. No complaints at all! Very nice facility. July 8, 2014
