This facility over all is excellent. However, I was very disturbed when the price guarantee listed on the website when I made my reservations was not honored. The price guarantee stated that if you found a lower price at any of their locations you would receive 1 free night. It failed to state that you have 24 hrs to notify the facility of your choice of the finding. When we arrived and I showed the desk staff the printed guarantee, I was then told that it would not be honored and that I had to make my request within 24 hrs of reservations. I also found it disturbing that normal rooms were higher than a executive suite and so I chose the executive suite because it was less expensive. I will not use their website again except to see what the prices are and then I will call the hotel direct "if" I make reservations. I will also state that I was not offered any type of discount or even a different room for a lesser price. I received no help in price from the desk staff only the number to customer care line which had already said no so why bother.

Staff is rude and the hotel is over priced. If you stay here be cautious of price gouging.

We had stayed in a Holiday Inn Express a week earlier in another location. It was not a good experience, however, this Holiday Inn Express has renewed my faith in this hotel chain! Upon our arrival, we were greeted to a room with one king bed when we had requested 2 doubles. Our first thought was, "Here we go again!" The hotel was full, so we were not able to change rooms. However, the guest clerk offered us a roll-away bed (at no extra charge). Our expectations were very low regarding the comfort of the bed, but to our surprise, it was a very comfortable mattress and box springs!! The hotel was quiet, clean, comfortable and breakfast was great! We would definitely stay at this motel again and highly recommend it! This recommendation comes from someone with very high expectations!

We stayed here for one night and the rooms are nice, clean and spacious but noisy. The room doors SLAM shut and are very loud. So loud they woke us up and kept us awake. The price was more than most Holiday Inn Express and there was nothing extra for the price. Might stay here again because it is in a good location when travelling to Florida.

Great place to stay when on the road and away from home. The facility is fairly new within the past 2 years but is very well maintained and cared for. The staff and management are always helpful, friendly and willing to take the time to make your experiance a good one.
The rooms are comfortable, well kept and relaxing. Their internet access is well above any other hotel in the area.

The front desk staff here is WONDERFUL. I had a issue with my room, my fault, not theirs, and they were more than happy to just upgrade me to a suite. They couldn't have been nicer or more accomodating here! BRAVO!
