We had a very warm welcome from the evening staff, but I was not impressed with the morning staff, with us staying for two nights and five of us staying in the room, house keeping did not replace the used towels, thats when I had to ask morning staff for towels, she was very rude. Otherwise, besides the pool was out of service, the stay was good. March 22, 2013
