Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express-Fallon, Nevada When going to Fallon, Nevada This is a terrific place to stay. Upon first arriving, the front desk personnel are very helpful. After checking in you are instructed where to get a luggage cart so you do not have to make several trips from the room to the car. The room and bed are extremely comfortable, including the pillows. If you desire to go the nearby casino, either to play, or just to the café it is a very short walk since it is on the same premises. Getting around town is fairly easy, so no problem there. Breakfast at the hotel is pretty good and set up in a friendly atmosphere. All in all, we had a pretty darn good stay and would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Fallon, Nevada. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Comfortable Everything was great on our stay. My husband needed to sit in the hot tub for sore hip and it was available clean and worked perfectly. The room was great, bed very comfortable. We ordered Chinese Food delivered to our room. We had a great stay and very good breakfast in the breakfast room next morning. It was delicious and very clean in there. The staff was very nice and very attentive. January 3, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Fair Stay in Fallon, NV Appreciated newer chain hotel in small town with very limited choices, but room design lacked privacy. Double vanity sink was located in sleeping area rather than inside bathroom, making privacy difficult. Room heating unit was so loud, TV could not be heard and it would be impossible to sleep with it running. Bed mattresses tend to be on the hard side. No pillow tops here. Quality of breakfast foods is somewhat lacking but no one needs to leave hungry. Good coffee. Indoor pool is located just off front lobby area which seemed to be too public a spot. However, overall, our one night stay was adequate for the discounted price paid. Staff was friendly and responsive. Hallway corridors were nicely carpeted and cheerful. January 1, 2015

But I won't: I could watch the Public Broadcasting Channel in the lobby but not in my room. What's that about?? Small point I suppose, but why is the best parking place at the hotel next to the front door (while I'm carrying all my things from across the parking lot) reserved for the General Manager?! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Breakfast If breakfast is served until 10:00 am, it should be available until 10:00 am. I went down at 9:50 to get some breakfast. The blonde gentleman informed me that breakfast was over. When I asked him what time it was he said 10:00, I looked at my watch and said no it's 9:50. He still continued to pick up the food and take it to the back room. When I asked him for some cereal, he rolled his eyes and said I guess I can get some. Bottom line this was one of busiest travel days of the year. Breakfast should be available to the guest until the time posted. The blonde gentleman needs to check his attitude at the door.
