Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable and Quiet One of the chosen stops for the night on our cross country trip home. This location was comfortable and quiet. The front desk recommended Maxwell's as a possible place to dine and this was a wonderful suggestion. Reservations are recommended but we got lucky and only had a brief wait. Plan to stay here on our return trip back. April 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice place to stay We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. We came after 6:00 pm and checked out the next day. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The only complaint is the hotel was fixing up the continental breakfast area by the front desk. It looked nice but could not be used because they were still working on that area. The kids had to eat in the room. I did not go down and get breakfast for myself. I can not comment on what was served. The staff present were very friendly but did not need them for any other accommodations. Everything needed was given right away. Will visit again this fall for another trip to have a meeting about the North Dakota Tourette's Support Group. April 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by APR 19-24-15 WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THE HOTEL WAS UNDER CONSTRUCTION BEFORE I BOOKED THE ENTIRE WEEK THERE. NO PLACE TO WORKOUT, VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! BREAKFAST SERVED AT FRONT DESK AREA THEN HAD TO FOLLOW SIGNS PAST CONSTRUCTION TO FIND BREAKFAST SEATING. Room very nice and décor updated. April 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good stay despite construction This hotel we have stayed at many times, did not know it was under renovation but it did not matter. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was in two converted guest rooms on the main floor but it was the same experience without the extra homey feel of a Holiday Inn Express April 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best experience I have to say the Holiday Inn Express in Fargo was less than expected. We were returning from a funeral and had an early flight on Monday 4/13/15. When we made the reservations we asked if they had an airport shuttle and they said yes. No mention of it not being a 24 shuttle. When we checked in we found out the shuttle did not start until 4:30AM, to late for our needs. They said they could schedule a taxi. This was one of the reasons we booked with Holiday Inn Express in Fargo. The room was very nice however the coffee pot did not work, and the refrigerator did not get cold. When we went down to leave in the morning (we had family take us to the airport, because of shuttle service hours) there was a note on the front desk, "be back in a moment". We were there for about 15 minutes and no one came. We wanted to let them know about the problems in the room. We left a note and left. I really can't believe how much we were charged for the room either. Too much for what we got. April 15, 2015
