Thank you Holiday Inn Express Fayetteville for making our stay so pleasant. Smiles everywhere and with a full hotel booking we were still greeted by name. Our visit was to attend Grandson's High School Graduation. With all the activities for three days we returned at night to our little Home Away From Home..
Thank you front desk, thank you breakfast coordinator, thank you to the cleaning service. You guys are amazing. Looking forward to next time. Mimi and Pipa

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GAGalTravelsEveryWeek Incredibly helpful staff, great room
I travel 48 weeks a year on business and this is one of my most favorite hotels. This is a well-kept, quaint property right on the square in Fayetteville, GA. I feel very safe here and the beds and pillows are superb. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when I am in Fayetteville or neighboring areas. The proximity to local restaurants is great, many within walking distance. Others just a short drive. This hotel has a very homey feel, I would not hesitate to recommend to family or friends.

2nd stay here in 2 years. Happy to be back and see all the same staff with the service as I remembered it. My group travels to this area frequently and I always request we stay here.

this hotel is in a nice location with food to walk to.
the young man at the front desk did not smile at all.
the breakfast was nice and the lady helping to prepare it was very friendly. the room was fair but felt the price could have been better for the lack of upgrades.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Kimberly0903 Our baby's surgery morning experience..
My husband and I visited this hotel about a month ago. The beds were comfy and the rooms were clean. On the morning we were to wake up and take our 3 month old to the hospital for her eye surgery, we were looked at by the staff in the hallway who were cleaning the rooms. Next thing we knew, as we arrived to eat breakfast, the two females had somehow taken another route and beat us to the breakfast bar. We had no problem with this, as we realized that the staff needed to eat too, and it was nice of the hotel to allow them to do such. However, as my husband and I stood there waiting to prepare our own plates, the staff members took ALL of the eggs, ALL but one biscuit, and ALL of the turkey sausage. The nice lady who does the food preparations simply stood and watched as the employees did this to us. Then she monotonously commented to us "I can't fix more eggs for y'all but I can make y'all an omelet.". As she brought us our omelets, there was cheese all in them, and I am lactose intolerant. So my husband and I, who had my daughter to take for surgery and had enough to stress about that day, went to the hospital hungry. We already could barely afford this stay, and were hoping it would be a great experience, but this was a very sad note to leave on. We will be returning to Fayeteville for my daughter once more, and I will be driving down very early rather than trying to afford accommodations for this location again. :(

I was shocked at how run down the place was after seeing it advertised on web site. If there are no other choices in there area I guess this place is fine but make another choice.
