This was the second time staying at this hotel and both times we really enjoyed it and will be back again when we are stopping overnight in that area!

Great staff, they are super nice. This is an older property. Very small eating area for breakfast. No fitness area...have to travel 1 mile down the road to a fitness club.
My room was right on the busy road. I mean like really close and all I heard all night was cars passing by.
My bed mattress was lop sided! You felt like you were rolling off.
Not the best Hi Express!

If I ever find myself back in the Fayetteville area, I would definitely "hang my hat" at the HIE Fayetteville. Room was comfortable and welcoming. Liked having restaurants nearby to walk to. Staff was very friendly and professional!

Overall, I always find this hotel to be adequately comfortable. I do think that the rate is a little high for the area. The television selections could be a LOT better...not everything revolves around sports. When you suffer sometimes from insomnia, it would be nice to have a better selection of channels to choose from. I would personally love to have TCM available or ID.

Hotel has done a great job of making a totally comfortable, attractive facility within the framework of an historic hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient to the Atlanta area, and the town itself is quite interesting. Would love to go back and see more. Dining options are convenient and very good.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bhupendra great service
I was in town with my business partner to meet with our clients who we had worked with for 5 years. We took a red eye to get there and then showed up at the hotel at 7 am. Checkin is 3pm. We were greeted by quite possibly the sweetest woman ever (Kelley) who looked at us and realized how tired we were and said let me see if I can get housekeeping to clean a room up. She then suggested some breakfast which we went and ate some wonderful food (seriously, this woman is better than Google). While at breakfast she called and said I have a room ready which we were grateful for. It was nice and clean. The rest of our stay was equally as pleasant. The whole staff from housekeeping, to front desk, managers and everyone in between were so gracious and kind. Suggestions for things to do during down time, making sure we had fun at those venues, suggestions for districts to hang out at. I have never had such a great time on a business trip. When I come back, which I will, Kelley and the whole staff at Holiday Inn in Fayetteville will be the first that come to mind of where to stay. Can't wait to come back and see y'all, truly first class service.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by floydmb Wonderful place to stay!
You couldn't find a better place to stay! The rooms were spotless, roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The staff paid close attention to all of our needs. Breakfast was full of variety and many "home cooked" items. Delicious! Internet worked well and the connection was fast. We will be staying here again!

The visit at the Fayetteville location is just what the author needed prior to a "book signing". It was quiet, comfortable and gave security for a single traveling female.
