Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Modern, clean, and wonderful staff I slept the best of my life on their mattress. The staff was very attentive to our needs, The whole hotel was clean, appealing, friendly. I will stay there again and wish I had a reason to go back soon as I was very impressed with the staff and my hotel room with the most comfortable mattress and cleanliness that anyone would be pleased with! The staff, from the front desk to the ladies who prepared the breakfast bar, were so happy and friendly! All of our questions were answered as if we were talking to a family member! The accomodations were above and beyond. We were comfortable and relaxed! Thank you for a job well done and we will see you in the very near future! It was one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at--even compared to hotels 4-5 times the price. I was completely won over. I will be staying at Holiday Inn Express from now on--great accommodations and you cannot beat the price! February 24, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great staff, clean and comfortable This hotel is a nice quiet oasis, convenient to many shops and restaurants. The staff is great and work hard to make you comfortable. I had a huge room. My only concern was that the decorators furnished my room with beds that were over 3 feet off the floor. I am short, and had to climb into bed. Not all rooms are like this, so ask ahead. February 15, 2015

"Welcome Back Mr Thomas" is how I was greeted at this hotel the first time I walked in this hotel recently ... and that level of personal care is the most endearing trait that this hotel exudes! I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival - and received a very nice greeting from Liz when I checked in. During my stay I received help from Tiffany - who assisted me find a replacement for my cell phone charger. Laura was also very helpful during my stay. Liz, Tiffany and Laura are GREAT examples of how a hotel staff should treat their guests - and one reason why i will ALWAYS stay at the hotel when i am in this area. The room was great and the breakfast started the day right. Nice HD flat screen TV and I used the fitness room too. But the staff is the BEST! This hotel makes me feel welcome and at home. Also, if you are an IHG member make sure that they apply the welcome points or get the welcome gift because, I did not receive my points. Other than that the hotel was great. The internet was fast enough for my needs. The room was clean, as was the hallways and breakfast area. All of the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. February 10, 2015
