From the staff greeting us at the front desk & helping us get situated/parked to the greeting card from Angel in the room. We just don't have enough accolades to hand out to that team. The room was large and the quiet and supplied with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Superior customer service, clean room and excellent breakfast Our youngest son in the military informed us that he would be getting married in Fayetteville, NC within a week. Unfortunately, due to the short notice family was not able to attend their wedding day. The staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Fayetteville were exceptionally helpful and provided us superior customer service in assisting us to make prior arrangements for the soon to be newlyweds. The happy bride was very impressed and amazed with the high quality of service provide by the HIE. She informed us that the staff was exceptionally friendly and breakfast was awesome. Thank you to the management and staff at the Holiday Inn Express of Fayetteville, NC for helping us make our son's and daughter-in-law's weekend and wedding day special, happy and memorable. Due to nonavailabilty for rooms at any of the Marriotts near Bragg, I had to spend a week at the Holiday Inn. I did not know what to expect. HOWEVER, my experience was absolutely delightful. The rooms are very comfortable. The staff ESPECIALLY were attentive and friendly. Thank you Holiday staff for making my stay an EXCELLENT experience. September 22, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I enjoy this hotel This was my second stay in about a month or so. The staff is very attentive and Jessica recognized me as soon as I walked in. After a few minutes I got to my room and within a minute or two got a call from Ana at the front desk that I had left my Amex card sitting on the front counter. Chances are I wouldn't have missed it until the next day when I was 250 miles away. After a long day's drive it slipped my mind but thanks to the desk staff I got it and left both Jessica and Ana a little token of my appreciation. Thank you ladies! With several hundred more miles to go not having my Amex would have been a major problem. The room is always clean and orderly and recognition for being a Platinum member is always appreciated too! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quiet Room, Excellent Service I booked my room online at HIE and received a very fair room rate. I was booked for a double queen bed standard non-smoking room and upon arrival learned I had been upgraded to a suite due to my IHG Rewards membership. Check-in was quick and the service was great... I was offered a free bottled water and given information about the amenities which include free hot continental breakfast, free wi-fi, and use of the pool and exercise room. The lobby and breakfast area were very clean and inviting. My room was very clean and smelled fresh but not scented (I am very sensitive to smells to the point of getting headaches, and this room just smelled neutral, not overpowering). On the desk there was a handwritten thank you note from the staff along with a small goodie bag (bottled water, chips, snack bar), and on the bed was another personalized welcome letter and two small chocolate squares. The attention given to making me feel like a welcomed guest was very well done. I had an issue with the hairdryer not working, and maintenance handled the matter within 30 minutes. I am VERY sensitive to noise and things like A/C units humming, toilets running, noise from elevators or electrical rooms, and this room (225) was pleasantly immune to any and all annoying noise. Room seemed very insulated from the activities in neighboring rooms, didn't hear the elevators or ice machines or anything else. To get to the hotel, be sure to immediately turn right on the unmarked access road which then goes back in the opposite direction and runs parallel to Skibo Road, and loops back behind two other hotels to get to the HIE. Not hard, just easy to miss the access road. Overall, this hotel experience was my best this year out of 6 hotel stays. September 10, 2013

Your hotel always presents an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere. I want to thank each and every one of your employees for their great attitudes. It makes for a great stay. I would like to especially thank MS. Jennifer your front desk manager. Every day you learned to expect a kind and friendly hello and then be addressed by you name. Every stay before has been a good experience but this time the TV in my room did not work. I told the person on the night desk as I was going out for dinner and she said she would take a look at it. When I returned to my room the TV was on and worked that night but in the morning it would not come back on. I will stay at this hotel again, rooms are clean and neat and the staff is great, just a one time thing with the TV I am sure. August 24, 2013

Every stay has been great. I especially want to thank Ashely who helped us make reservations in Asheville. Your staff is very very friendly and acknowledged us by name every day. Just wish the washer and dryer were free or less expensive. I slept like a baby on the hotel mattress and checked out exactly 11:00 A.M. I have to ask for this particular room in the future. The entire staff and service were great as usual.
