Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Ex-Military or Homeless ok, otherwise, find other. stains on the curtains and shower that are left unattended, lobby carts poorly maintained, construction going on that of course wasnt mentioned during booking and took away ALL the hotel's amenities. If you dont care about what the customers can see, whats happening where customers cant see? Thats where the food comes in. Nasty. I thought nobody could mess up breakfast after the army got it right for 6 years. Wrong. You guys put the break in breakfast. as in that breakfast is BROKE! If you are homeless and can stay for free, or military who's slept in muddy tents in the pouring rain, your perspective will allow you to appreciate the bill. Otherwise, find yourself another place. Women, forget it, you dont wanna be here and I would never bring a woman to this hotel. Business, pleasure, or otherwise. May 11, 2015

Front desk and continental breakfast personnel were very friendly and courteous. Only draw back was renovations going on in lobby but it wasn't too bad. Would definitely stay there again. May 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cleanliness and great service. We stay at the Holiday Inn Express each time we travel to Fayetteville where our daughter goes to college. It is always well lit up at night, it is always clean, smoke free, nice rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds (pillows are really soft), we enjoy the complimentary breakfast in the morning, the service is great and everyone is so nice. Check in is always quick with fresh cookies or fresh fruit at the front desk. We have traveled to this location for two years and have never had a problem. May 6, 2015

I have stayed here half a dozen times over the past two years and each stay has been flawless. Rooms are nice, big, clean, close to everything. Breakfast done well. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Avoid during renovation Far worse breakfast than any I have ever had at an IHG hotel. I ate at 6:10 AM and the eggs were already too watery to eat. Bacon was rubbery and turkey sausage was bland. I didn't even finish eating it all (which is rare for me). My meeting elsewhere turned out to have a catered breakfast with similar items, only with far superior taste. It only confirmed my disappointment with the HIE food. My room was very nice, clean and updated, though the rest of the hotel was a mess with major renovations going on. While the staff was nice and helpful, I would not have stayed there had I known about the major renovations. The only bright spot was easy parking up front. Not hard with less than 15 cars in a five story hotel. Will stay elsewhere next time. Rethinking my IHG stays, with nicer competitor properties usually next door. I haven't seen any 10,000 point Reward nights lately even in mundane locations, so that advantage is gone. Instead of flooding my email with offers of more points, why not just let me use earned points without diluting their value. April 28, 2015
