I was staying for just one night with my husband and 13 month old twins. I requested a crib on my reservation and my friend staying in the hotel also requested one. My experience thus far has been that hotels generally give them out first come, first served so there's no point in being able to reserve them. My friend was told that they had "about 5" cribs and there shouldn't be a problem. Upon check-in when I inquired about the crib the front desk girl looked caught of guard and kind of stalled her answer. She then said she would call me but she thought it was "already up there". Anyway, about 5 minutes later she called the room and said "I think he (whoever he is) already gave IT out". So obviously they do not have 5 cribs lol. I wasn't really surprised as this seems to be SOP at all hotels but annoying nevertheless.
The room seemed clean although I believe they are still undergoing renovations so there were some things that were aesthetically unappealing but nothing major. The air never seemed to really cool the room off well despite being on high and on the coldest setting the entire time. The bathroom was clean and seemed to be newly done.
The free breakfast was pretty much on par with every other free hotel breakfast I've ever had. Bland and nothing special. However, seating for the breakfast crowd is woefully inadequate. We snagged the last available table and it was right by the front door. My husband was pretty much in the way of guest coming and going. Also, they only had one high chair available and it wasn't a normal restaurant style high chair. It looked like someone brought their old high chair from home. Not that it matters, it was just a little weird. We weren't the only ones with babies down there either so I guess the guest just held their kid the whole time? It was pretty inconvenient.
My friend ended up switching rooms because her air was not working properly. It looked like her room wasn't quite done being remodeled and her hair dryer looked like it had been disassembled for parts. It was laughable that they just left it in the room.
The location is great but you pretty much have your pick of hotels in this area so I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel just completed a remodel so I booked it. When I first got to my room I immediately used the bathroom and was welcomed by a cockroach. I was startled and grossed out. I went back down and told the desk and they apologized and said sprayer doesn't come until Tuesday. Would I like to try another room (on the same floor). That's all and my bill came under the door the next morning. No mention or compensation of the problem. I at least expected acknowledgment from management. Also, the walls were cheaply patched up. Good size room and 2 comfortable king size beds.
