Love the new single serve coffee machines in the rooms, as well as the gluten free breakfast options. As always, the staff at Findlay Holiday Inn Express are very helpful and friendly, and go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express when in Findlay as I find the staff very pleasant and friendly, clean room and common areas and a convenient location. The free wifi and Breakfast starting at 6am are nice bonuses for working people on the go. Recommend as I will be staying there again.

The management of this property is reflected in the cleanliness, condition and staff. It is managed well. On my multiple trips to Findlay annually, I look forward to this Holiday Inn Express for my lodging with confidence.

Bedroom definitely measured up favorably compared to other HI Express hotels where I've stayed. However, bathroom subpar to other HIEs. Shower curtain partially falling down and was not clean. Bathroom vanity was old style - not the "spa" style I've experienced at other HIEs. I think you're due for a bathroom remodel.

I booked 2 rooms for this location as we were traveling with another couple. We got checked into our room OK; however the other couple's room was already occupied and there were no other rooms available so they were moved to a nearby hotel. They walked in on a guy getting ready for bed.
Our issues were minor.
1) The dehumidifier in our room became full, causing it beep and wake us up at 4:00 a.m. and neither my husband or I were very successful in getting back to sleep.
2) There was a very strong, thankfully present smell in our room, but being scent sensitive my throat was burning. Am now wondering due to dehumidifier is scent was covering up something.
3) I had laundry to do. The dryer is very loud and was glad I wasn't in the room next to it trying to sleep and I felt bad for having laundry to dry.
4) Front desk staff was nice enough on arrival; however the double booking thing was annoying but the morning staff wasn't friendly at all and one was out front smoking, which I think is tacky. Breakfast staff was VERY nice.
The other couple we were traveling with prefers other brands of hotels. This was my choice and feel bad for what they went through.
