This is the second time staying at this location. It is extremely close and conveniet to the State Fairgrounds. I understand the upgrading and brightening up of the facility (lobby area is fantastic).
This trip we were in Room 109, which was great because the elevator makes entirely too much noise (almost sounds like it is about to come off the cables). Sorry I digress, the room at first glance looks great. As we were settling in, in the bathroom tiles are missing or not grouted near the shower along the baseboard. Also, a large baseboard tile by the door entering the room itself is loose and not even attached to the wall.
The baseboard along the curved wall as you enter the room is loose and away from the wall. The furniture the TV sits on is all beat up and nicked.
In my travels, I have the opportunity to stay in other IHG facilities where they are remodeling. Being a Priority Club member they recognize that fact at check-in, as they do at this location. However, they make sure that I am placed in a new fresh room. In this case, I get the feeling they are putting me in one of the last to be done rooms. If they are the refreshed rooms I think IHG needs a refund.

I love staying at this hotel when in town for business.
The front desk staff has always been friendly and courteous...even after I've locked my keycard in my room 5 minutes after entering!
The beds are almost the same as my bed at home, so it's very easy to relax.
Quiet heating system, ample breakfast choices and centrally located near freeways, which makes getting to my business appointments a breeze.
The only suggestion that I can make here is more outlets near the nightstand. I always like to charge my phone overnight and check in with family and friends on my laptop before turning in for the night. The single plug near the nightstand requires me to choose nearby power choices without having to get out of bed again.
I will definitely use this hotel on future visits to our home office in Fishers.

The Front Desk Staff was wonderfully helpful and friendly. The room was less than enjoyable. The hard floors were very cold and the coffee supplies were not replaced. The bed was also very uncomfortable.

Hotel is conveniently located for many of my Indianapolis sales calls. Staff are polite and rooms clean (not a big fan of the hardwood floors). Still though, for reasons unknown the available TV channels is very limited and most channels are transmitted in standard resolution and not HD. The owners lock the remote control so you are unable to change the aspect ratio and fill the screen and as a result you are forced to watch a cropped screen on an already small TV which is very annoying. This will influence my hotel decision during my next business trip to the Indianapolis area.

Christy and her staff are always very helpful and accommodating during our hotel stay. We have stayed at every hotel in the Fishers area and this place by far is our favorite. Clean
