Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by where to go to eat we asked the person behind the counter where we could go to see the Syracuse basketball game because it was not on the tv in the hotel. and he suggested mary kellys irish pub and it was great. great food and service and we watched the game. She had a nice smile on her face when she greeted me after a long tiring day of travel. The pool area was nice a little chilling near the windows but the kids enjoyed it greatly. January 15, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great location Great location right off I-84. Many restaurants within walking distance of hotel from a variety of cuisines. Bathroom configuration is a little tricky, but overall lots of room to spread out after traveling in a car all day. January 7, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by short getaway Everything was good except the indoor pool. The water temperature and air temperature were cold. Not a HEATED POOL. The air temperature in the pool area was 52 degrees and the ceiling was leaking. The front desk was asked to turn the heat up and they stated it was already on. January 7, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not what was promised My reservations were messed up and when I arrived on Wednesday night I was told my reservations weren't until Thursday. I had to pay for the other night , not a problem except i was told one price at the desk and then when I see my credit card charges it was $40 more than quoted at the desk. We stayed a total of 3 nights. The room was over crowded and the bathroom was hard to get into as the door was too large for the small bathroom. It was hard to move around the beds as the room has too much furniture to make it functional. As for the cleaning staff, they lacked tremendously. For 2 of the 3 days mud from someones shoes was tracked to the elevator from the lobby. The breakfast was good each day and the staff was friendly. That is what I can say good about this stay. Sorry folks, this is just what I have found. You missed the mark at this hotel. December 26, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great customer service We are New Yorkers living in Houston and were in Fishkill for our son's funeral and the hotel was very cognizant of our feelings. We had a problem with the first room on the 3rd. floor as we smelled cigaraette smoke...the girl on duty quickly gave us an excellent room on the floor above. She searched for the offenders but was unable to find them. She helped us transfer our things and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I do think there should be some sort of privacy for the pool area. Being on show to those entering the foyer is a bit disconcerting for us who are seniors and do not look like Marilyn Monroe any longer. I didn't use the pool for this reason although I could have used a session in the spa. But all in all the hotel was great, quiet, excellent beds and having a fridge and microwave was convenient. I do not think charging extra for a king bed is fair...I never found it at any other HIE and we stay there regularly throughout the US. December 25, 2014

What is the point of offering this program and the points only to have the guest track them down. this ruins the entire stay. so much for being a platinum member; that appears to mean very little at your property. when can I expect a remedy to this?
