Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice & convenient hotel & location This Holiday Inn Express is very easy to access and close to a variety of shops & restaurants. Very easy highway access and has plenty of parking. Beds are comfortable and the rooms (although dated) are quiet and well kept. At the time of my stay some of the facilities (i.e. pool) where under repair. Simple no frills hotel great for short stays. For long term stays find a Crowne Plaza! April 15, 2013

The hotel is on the smaller side, but the room quality, and cleanliness definately make up for it. surrounded by numerous restaurants and some within walking distance! keep up the good work here. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Cancellation Policy I had a change in travel plans do to bad weather was unable to cancel my reservation..I did not realize this Holiday Inn you had to cancel 24 hours prior most Holiday Inn's that I stay at you can cancel up until 6 pm day of arrival.....I ended up staying for few hours then checked out...overall the room was very nice and cozy....I would recommend it, but if you have a change in travel plans you will be out $$ or they will give a voucher for another night. Unfortunately the pool water was ice cold which was a major disappointment for my daughter after traveling for 10 hours. She was really looking forward to swimming. I would have chosen a different hotel if I had known that the pool was essentially unusable. (we checked in January 1). January 7, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Used to be cleaner I used to stay in this hotel often. I was cleaner a couple of years ago. I had to request a room change due to the yellow stains all over the sheets and blanket. A duvet, in either room, would've been nice. Additionally, the towels are now starched. Not a pleasing drying experience. Also, had to request an additional pillow. 3 is not a good number of pillows for 2 people. Pool and spa looked gross. It isn't bad, it has just gone downhill. :-/ January 6, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overnight Visitor Would be a perfect Holiday Inn Ex[press except for one factor. Nothing keeps the hallway sounds out of the room. For example, we were about three rooms down from the ice machine. Whenever somebody got ice, it sounded like you could hear every ice cube come out of the machine and fall into the ice bucket. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by not impressed I stay in many different brands of hotels and on the day of a sold out Army football game. There was probably a reason that this was the only hotel with vacancy. I called the hotel twice after my stay to get a piece of hardware that I left behind. Both times after a long hold I was told they would call me back and it was apparent there was no desire to help. Both times I had no call back. Lots of hotels in the area and will stay at another next time. October 12, 2012
