The room and lobby and dining are were comfortable and clean. The room was quiet. The pool was a little cloudy. I wish it was cleaner.

Motel was clean, nice room, good breakfast, lacked security cameras in the parking lot to watch vehicles and customers safety, in today's world this is a must. Could have better pillows.
Does have a Cracker Barrel next door, other good restaurants nearby in Hendersonville, Ingles down the street, ABC on the other side of the expressway, outside the rush of town so pretty good area, only a short drive (about twenty minutes to Biltmore and Ashville). If you go to Ashville visit the Ashville Convention and Visitors Bureau and ride the Trolley Tour of downtown, this is well worth it to see sights you would never discover on your own.
Overall good place to stay and relax away from the hustle and bustle.

We booked our room originally for Saturday night but ended up coming there on a Friday instead. I was confused why I had to pay a cost difference when I actually ended up filling up a room for your Hotel on a Friday, and opening a room for a quest on the following Saturday. Also, not sure if they added my rewards points for staying at the hotel either time in that week.
Also, I asked the sales clerk on my first call to change our arrival time to not bill the credit card on file, to use another one, however, he did not listen and tried to bill the one I asked him not to. I had to call back later and reissue another card number to get it straightened out. We had two adults and one child in our room and was left one bath towel to use. Had to go get towels, and I almost forgot, our keys didn't work on the door so we had to go back down to the desk and have them reissue new keys for our room.
