Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and great service The room was very clean and the room temperature was very easily regulated. I was surprised the bed was so comfortable! I usually have a hard time sleeping at hotels but this bed was great and the sheets and comforter were so soft! Would love to have them at my house! We will definitely stay here again! June 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Service We have always been pleased with this location, however found it to be twice the price we usually pay due to the presence of a baseball world series tournament in town. Cost was more during the week than on the weekend. This is different than the usual charges, which are usually higher over the weekend. Though this was the case, we were very pleased with our stay. The staff was helpful, the beds are comfortable, and the location was well-kept. We will visit this location again when in the area. June 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Room Service The battery of the Card Lock system on my room failed. Consequently the Cleaning Service tried to access the room and could not. Rather than resolve the problem, they did not even bother to clean the room. Coming back to the room at the end of the day, I could not access my room and the hotel personnel did not seem too concerned about fixing the problem in a timely manner. 15 minutes later I finally had access to my room but still without the Card Lock system being replaced AND a dirty room. I did not feel that the hotel personnel were timely in getting the situation resolved. I will NOT stay at this Holiday inn again. June 25, 2015
