Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by I have stayed at better...and I have stayed at worse The room smelled like smoke though it was a non-smoking room. The carpet was not pleasant (stained and ripped at bathroom). The neighbor's television could be heard, there were stains on the bed skirt and lastly...I was staying at this hotel for government work. I showed my ID card but still had to fill out descriptive information (who I was meeting, the company name, telephone number and address). After traveiling all day this was a little aggrivating. I showed an ID...shouldn't that be enough? I typically don't give negative reviews but this stay was not ideal for me. October 5, 2014

Elizabeth was a true professional by quickly reacting favorably to my mistake. She was very understanding and adjusted my reservations to my actual date of arrival.
