Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Room Rates As a member of record, I have always received the Government rate. I had planned to register all of my group under my name in order to receive a discount. However this last visit I was told the Government rate was not available to me. As a War Veteran and Retired Military member, my service to my country and sacrifices should be honored all the time and not just because the country is at war. When the country was heavy involved in two wars, everyone was patriotic and was very friendly and thankful to the soldiers. Now that the wars are coming to a close, businesses are going back to business as usual. This is not right! The Military or Government Rate should have been honored. August 18, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by It's Ok The mattress is very uncomfortable. The TV I has was set in Demo mode and I was not able to access menu options to remove it either from the remote or the TV itself. This hotel does have smoking rooms so if you do not want one, double-check your room reservation. August 15, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by room service unacceptable The facility was okay but the room was not cleaned the first day of our stay. When we contacted the desk we were not able to resolve our issue and unable to talk with a manager. We were told different times that the manager would be in house. We felt that they tried to appease us as opposed to making us satisfied customers. August 13, 2014

I had a problem my last stay with a weak flushing toilet, but since about 3-4 flushes seemed to do the trick, I did not alert the staff because I felt I was too busy. Other than that everything was top notch as expected. August 11, 2014
