Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Could Be Better One of the two phones in the room did not work. Our wake-up call came 15 minutes later than requested. No paper pad or pen in the room; seems like no big deal but it is when you need it and it's so standard elsewhere. The hotel was hard to get to: you're going down the road but by the time you see the hotel sign you're well past the access road and end up exiting onto another highway by accident. The sign should be placed before the access road; not after. Since we were going to be up and out even earlier than the breakfast buffet even starts we asked the clerk if we could please have one small carton of milk for our a.m. in-room coffee out of the breakfast area fridge which was locked up. There was a lot of counter argument to obtain this tiny carton of milk, even though we never cost the hotel another penny in breakfast expenses. Bathroom lighting was dim. Overall the place is okay but nothing to write home about. May 20, 2013

The staff were all very friendly, and I would recomend, to anyone staying in the area, that they choose this hotel. April 17, 2013

The hotel is pet friendly which makes it rare and exceptional. We'll always stay there when visiting our family in the area. April 6, 2013
