Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable Room but Service Could Have Been Better Overall happy with the room, Just surprised to learn that the a small fridge isn't standard with the Holiday Inn Express chain. First time I'd ever experienced not having a fridge, was very surprised to learn that once I opened the chest of drawers where it is typically located in most Holiday Inn Express (ample space for it) that there was no fridge after I had just run to the store and purchased items to place in the fridge. Ice was also inconvenient, 1st and 4th floor only...... Also ice bucket was in the bathroom, not a normal place to find it.... The other disappoint occurred when I got my final bill, the tax exempt status was not correctly recorded on the bill. So I found myself having to wait at the front desk at 5 in the morning for 10-15 minutes for the clerk to return from delivery newspapers to tell me there was nothing she could do to fix it until later and that they would email me a corrected copy, which they did later the same morning. But I was surprised by the mistake as they had all the documents attached to my records at the front desk, also surprised that I had to wait for the clerk to return. Another guest that came behind me to check-out actually decided to toss their room keys across the counter and just leave. Other than these 2 issues this Holiday Inn Express met my expectations. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Great staff. The best thing about this hotel is the friendly, courteous and helpful staff. My travel was for business purposes and this hotel fit my needs perfectly. This is a great place to relax and be assured of a comfortable night's sleep so you can wake up and be productive. When my pland changed the staff was quick to accomodate me. I would definitely stay here again. April 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good, but could have been better. Everything about our staff was good, except that management didn't follow written and verbal requests prior to our arrival. I was paying for 22 rooms, 44 guests. I had requested that the guest's names be written on the door key cards, so that they could be easily be passed to my tour group upon arrival at the hotel. Needing to match the room number to the rooming sheet list was sent to the hotel over a week prior to our arrival, was time consuming and required additional help. When checking in at other Holiday Inn Express hotels, I only needed to sign one form instead of 22 times signing my name, initial things and vehicle description (tour bus) after an extremely long day of driving to the hotel. All of this could have been done much more efficiently, as all of the four of the other hotels did on our tour. The front desk attendant was not the problem, it was the management failing to follow the details we had agreed to when booking the rooms by phone and then by the email message that I sent with the rooming list. There were then room receipts for 22 rooms that could have been all done on one or two sheets instead of 44 sheets. All of this is minor, but it sure would have made my check-in much better. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay, helpful staff. We were there for a few days for a family wedding. It was very comfortable and the staff was great. The internet was a bit spotty, I had problems connecting and it continued to make me login over and over. We did miss not having a refrigerator in the room. The TV/dresser had a space for one but there was not a microwave or refrigerator. April 1, 2015

Over all everything else was just fine. The staff was excellent very helpful had to provide me with direction to hotel. found it within 10 min Thank to the lady on duty that nite March 30, 2015
