Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Hot rooms The hotel and staff was fine it was when i went to bed. The air conditioner was on a motion detector, during the day when i was moving around it would come on and cool the room off but when i was asleep it would shut off and i would wake up sweating. When i would wake up drenched with sweat and move around it would come on but i would fall back asleep it would shut off and would wake up again sweating. I told the staff about it they said the ac was not on a motion detector. I was there with six other guys all had the same problem with there rooms too. I have never had this problem with any other Holiday Inn hotel and I spend about 80% of my time in your hotel chains. Thanks a loyal Platinum Member June 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Fort Collins Stay We had a great experience during our 12 night stay. Our room was well cleaned daily. The bed was comfortable. The facility was clean and the staff provided great service. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would like to have seen better eggs for breakfast. I think they were powdered eggs.The breakfast variety was great. There was something for everyone. June 10, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Below Avg for Holiday Inn Express Everything was fine and as you'd expect at an HI Ex except there was no refrigerator in the room and the only Ice machine was off the lobby. That's not been my experience with other HI Ex in the past. We asked about the refrigerator and were told they don't put them in double queen rooms. Huh? The room furniture included a built-in cabinet for a fridge but it was empty. To their credit they offered to bring us one but we were staying only one night and ready to flop in our jammies.
