Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by price of the room the price is higher than comparable hotels. I stayed in other hotels around the area and I find that holiday inn is more pricey that the rest of the competitor, with the same service and the size of the room. Also, the check in is not that flexible. the costumers should not wait at 3 pm I the room is already available. in other hotels, they text me if the room is ready. sometimes as early as before noon. this makes a big difference to the customer specially if my flight arrives way earlier than 3 pm. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great for a pre-cruise stay This was a great place to stay the night before our cruise. They had a shuttle to pick us up from the airport and a quick check in and check out. They gave us a list of restaurants in the area and directed us to the stores we needed. The hotel is in a very convenient area. September 16, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and comfortable We stayed prior to a cruise and it is conveniently close to the port. We did not use their shuttle, but they do have one available. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. Room is also updated. Will definitely stay again if we cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale. Highly recommend. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff from Check-in to Check-out. Breafast was good and fun. I was in town for work to attend a show at the convention center. Very conveniently located. I hate to write anything bad but the problems had nothing to do with the staff. I'm SURE it's the owner(s) not keeping up with Holiday Inn Standards. Internet access is important while working but the speed reminded me of the days of dial up. Let's just say VERY BAD. So, the times to relax, the TV had terrible satellite. Most of the higher channels had lines and fuzzy to the point they were un-watchable. After seeing the problems, I noticed others too had complained. I WISH I had check review before spending so much money on less than Holiday Inn quality. Before my next visit... I will be checking on other locations. I hate being negative, mostly because, the hotel has wonderful staff but the problems were beyond their control. September 2, 2014

Breakfast was a good quality and a great value being included in the price. Also very convienent for traveling purposes. Transportation available to and from the airport and cruise port. An excellent property and will definitely use again both here and other locations. September 1, 2014
