I like the fact that parking at this location is free as well as the complimentary internet access. Complimentary breakfast had a very good selection. July 19, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good Pre Cruise Overnight Stay This property was as described in many of the reviews posted. Location, great for the cruise port. Front desk staff, excellent and helpful. Took the water taxi and had dinner at a restaurant they recommended. Nicely appointed rooms, everything was clean. Bathroom was a nice size, good lighting and mirrors. Breakfast was adequate with very attentive staff. Could use more seating in the breakfast room, it was standing room only when we were there. Only issue was the noise from the room air conditioner. Just not used to that much night time noise. Would stay here again. Good value. July 17, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Arrived early from a cruise (8:30 A.M.) and Everett took care of storing our luggage until our room was ready and helped us with info to find a beach to visit until our room was ready. Our room was ready by 1:00 P.M. It was nice to be able to check in early after a few hours at the beach. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. July 17, 2014

There is no pool but they will shuttle you to another property with a pool free of charge. The exercise room is pitiful and the inside appearance is average. It's very close to good restaurants and the water taxis as well as the convention center. July 16, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Unsatisfactory maintenance We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Hotels in the past and this is the first time I have had anything negative to say. First problem as we got to our room was that there was hair all over the towels, toilet and bathroom floor as if someone had shaved and just dumped the hair over what looked like clean towels, etc. Still can't figure out how that could have happened. The second problem was the television, which never worked properly the whole time we were there, even though they tried to fixed it. They should have just replaced the TV but never did, even though I suggested that. July 13, 2014

The transportation service was also good upon our return from the ship to the airport. When we disembarked from the ship, the transportation service was already there waiting. Not to bad last minute shopping in the area as well. July 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by All the hotel staff was fantastic I stayed two days before a cruise and came back after the cruise and stayed a few more days. The manager and everyone at this hotel was fantastic. They also helped me with tourism, eateries, and transportation in the area.Even the hotel shuttle driver was very helpful with nice tips of the area. July 7, 2014
