Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 Convenient to cruiseport Place is clean and has a very good continental breakfast included but at the weekend rate charged needs too provide more, like a pool, restaurant or place to go for a drink. Room 201 has a very loud air conditioner. January 31, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Exceptional Service, exceptional value My group stayed here pre-cruise for 1 night. This is my third time at the hotel for this purpose and it always goes so smoothly that I would not stay anywhere else! The staff is always incredibly helpful, but this time my luggage got lost at the airport and I needed assistance getting back and forth to find/pick it up. The manager coordinated with the shuttle driver to drop me off and pick me up seamlessly and I was back at the hotel in less than an hour, bag in hand. They are great for restaurant recommendations, taxi services and local advise too. 5-star service all the way around. January 31, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cruisers We were ending a cruise and stayed at this property on Sunday night. We were impacted with the NE snow storm and needed to spend an extra night. The front desk staff was great and able to accommodate us with minimal issues. What we really liked, in addition to the great staff, is the variety of very nice restaurants within walking distance of this property. All in all, a very nice property to stay at either before or after a cruise. By the way, if you are staying at this Holiday Inn Express after a cruise, take a cab, cheaper then the hotel shuttle options. January 30, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Outstanding Front Desk Staff A property regardless of age, size or location is only as good as the staff dedicated to servcice and charged with daily operations. Everrett on the day shift is 2nd to none. In all my travels, he would be at the top of the list. Everrett was training another person slong with seamlessly serving every customer in/out of the doors. This hotel operates at a hectic hectic pace with cruise passengers coming & going throughout the day. Your front desk employee was just flat out tremendous!. A perfect spot to stay if you are cruising - hands down. Congrats again. January 30, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by No TV available The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. Our room was made up completely each night. It was perfect. The TV did not work most of the time!!!!!!! The AC/Heat was so loud we had to adjust the sound on the TV when it did work. The noise added to the stress of not having TV. January 27, 2015
