I would like to in addition to the survey make a comment on a particular employee.
Jessica, one of the front desk staff in Fort Lauderdale Airport/Cruise Port is particularly impressive.
I have been in the Hotel/Real Estate proffession for 20 years. Her interpersonal skills are great, pleasant demeanor, kind attitude, willing spirit, are qualities I value. We wish to commend her for making us "feel" welcome.

This was a one night stay before leaving on a cruise. The courtesy shuttle took us from the airport to the hotel, with shared stops at the Crowne Plaza and Candlewood Suites. Check-in was quick and helpful. Ozzie, at the front desk, got us registered for the transfer to the cruise port at a very reasonable rate ($4 pp), and give us directions for places to eat within walking distance of the hotel. There is a courtesy service that runs to the Crowne Plaza to utilize their restaurant, if desired.
One of our pieces of luggage was damaged by the airline and fortunately there is a shopping center across the street from the hotel with a Beall's Outlet.
Our rooms were located on floor 5, one facing the street and the other facing the back parking. Both rooms were very quiet, all night long. The rooms are typical in layout, comfortable and clean. There was not problem getting an extension on our check-out time.
Breakfast was the usually continental fare offered by Holiday Inn Express. Food supplies were kept filled and tables were cleared quickly.
If we ever travel out of Ft. Lauderdale again we would certainly consider staying at this hotel, and would recommend it to friends.

I searched until I found a hotel with the location that I wanted.Able to walk to shopping and restaurants. Good value especially being a Priority club member. Wished that we could have enjoyed more of your hotel but it was only a 1 night stay prior to our cruise. Our incoming flight was late so I called the hotel to be sure that our room would be waiting for us...it was! A little bit of a wait for the free hotel shuttle due to many flights arriving at the same time. Very much appreciated the breakfast and the 24 hour "suite shop". The front desk clerk who checked us in was top notch! Please thank him for us. The room was very comfortable and well appointed.Would stay here again and recommend it to others!

Stayed to be close to the airport for an early morning flight...shuttle service was great but the A/C unit will keep you up all night! If you shut it off.....you will wake up because you can't breath.

Good location for the meeting I attended. Will consider for upcoming cruise next year. Desk was very helpful on local suggestions and directions. Shuttle was on time and helpful too.

We were searching and most hotels seemed full. So, I remembered the main resv. # was on my contact list, called them up and they said this location had rooms!!
The price was acceptable, but more importantly, it was close by (next to the Ft Lauderdale airport) and easy to get to.
The desk clerk was super friendly and recommended the German restaurant just down the street and we even had a late, enjoyable dinner!
Nice hotel, great breakfast, very friendly staff. Overall, an excellent value. Thanks so much!!!!

Have stayed here as a group for pre-cruise nights a number of times - we all find it to be a great place to stay. Lovely pool area, well maintained, convenient shopping across the street, close to fast food, a pub style restaurant and a great German restaurant. Shuttle service is efficient both for airport and cruiseport. We plan to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
