We stopped the air conditioner to reduce the noise, but the central ventilation system was quite noisy anyways. Fortunately bed was comfortable, and when get used to the level of noise (takes awhile) someone can have some sleep or decent sleep depends on how tired.

Great hotel that was the best value for staying that close to West Point.

Every time I've every stayed overnight anywhere as a guest, I was greeted and treated that way. Unfortunately, this stay did not continue my experience. For my first stay, the manager, Patty, was extremely rude and tried to rush me out of my room before check out. She called my room twice before 11am to see if we were leaving soon, and a housekeeper changed the tag on the door and entered the room unannounced, again, before check out time at 11am. Not once was I thanked for coming or staying, even when I checked in. The room AC unit is horrible and I woke up multiple times, every night to adjust the temperature because I was either freezing or sweating. The refrigerator in the room froze everything I put in it, ruining the milk I had bought. I will only stay here for business in the future- and only because it's one of the only hotels in the area.
