Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice but internet very unreliable I went to Ft Myers on a business trip which required reliable internet. After 5 hours on the phone with their help desk and my help desk it was determined that their internet provider had a firewall that prevented me from gaining access to my programs. It was also very slow and faded on and off. I had to leave and go to another hotel. Despite the inconvenience, the staff was pleasant and accommodating. The room was very nice and location is perfect. They found another IHG hotel nearby that honored the same price. I go to Ft Myers often and wish I could stay there - but need good internet. I couldn't conceive my staying elsewhere on my trips to SW Florida. The comfortable beds, friendly and attentive staff make this an easy decision. November 4, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff and convenient location We actually moved after 2 nights in a "regular" Holiday Inn to the Forum because of location. It was much closer to where we had to be during the day. This was our first trip to Ft. Myers so were not familiar with the area. Our room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Having breakfast available right in the hotel was a definite plus but the variety of food offered was incredible. We appreciate that the woman in charge of the buffet was up every morning at 4am to provide this service for the hotel guests. We would definitely stay at the Forum again if we travel to Fort Myers in the future. Thank you. November 3, 2014
