This hotel was pretty nice. We were traveling across country and it was the 2nd hotel we stayed at. We did stay only at the Holiday Inn Express for our trip. They do differ, but pretty consistent with cleanliness. I am happy to be able to go into the room and feel safe and comfortable. The beds were great and the TV is flat screen. Nice. Breakfast is basic. We usually go to get breakfast somewhere else. But a nice stay.

I'd like to say that the lady that runs the breakfast bar in the morning is the most sweet and thoughful person. I look forward to seeing her everytime I stay there. She is exceptionally kind to everyone that comes to the Holiday Inn. She should be your "Employee of the Year!"

In a hotel with plenty of rooms to spare, we were given a room next to the only vending on three floors. It was very noisy. The elevator lights were on not working properly and the neon starter made a very loud buzzing that probably exceeded OSHA levels.

The hotel lobby was very clean and the desk clerks were extremely helpful. Hallways and rooms around me seemed a little noisy. The internet was so slow that I ended up putting my reports off a day until I got to the next hotel.
Those are the only negatives and this property was in a great location relevant to where my business meeting was the next morning. Plenty of restaurants within 1/2 mile of this hotel to make it easy to venture out at night.

I stay at this hotel whenever I'm in Fort Smith on business. The staff is great, the rooms are comfy, there's something for everyone for breakfast. They have a cardio room onsite, but also offer day passes to one of the local health clubs.

I am here at least once a month, for about a week at a time. the front desk guys always make me feel welcome and are always willing to go out of their way to help any way then can! Rooms are quiet, and hall noises are minimial. Great place to stay!

We chose the Holiday Inn Express for our son's birthday swimming party and sleepover. The pool area was immaculate and everything was in working order (so many times we stay at hotels where the hot tub or something doesn't work!)! It was so nice that they had restrooms in the pool area as well. We stayed in adjoining rooms, which was perfect for the boys to have one room and us to supervise closely in the next room. Everything was neat and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The breakfast the next morning was PHENOMENAL. Everyone found something that they enjoyed. A great experience.
