Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Express in the Coventry area Overall, this hotel is a typical modern Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very welcoming and provided a quick check in. Location is excellent in the Coventry area so there are lots of good dining options close by. It is adjacent to I-69 so you do get the typical highway traffic noise. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mishaps and more Upon checking in, they had trouble locating my reservation, upon finding it, they had "upgraded" me to 2 double beds, when I had booked a King, and they showed now record of that. I had to show them the email from IHG, to prove what I had booked. Not sure why there was so much trouble with my reservation? Then I come to find out upon getting into my room, this must be one of 10 HIE left that does not have a mini fridge in every room. Because this room did not have one, which is something I take for granted as a Spire member, as it has been a very long time since i have seen any HIE room without a mini fridge. Next I received a wakeup call at 4:30am, and again at 4:45am(that I did not request mind you) I mentioned this to the mgr the next morning and says my room was not on their list, and that they do not have an automated recording like the one I heard. ???? So maybe it was an outside service set up by the last guest? Not sure, but the mgr did bend over backwards asking me what he could do to make it right. I do believe it was not their fault, but it really sucked! He ended up offering some points, and I believe he did everything in his ability to rectify the situation. It was just not a good stay though, but in the end they did try to satisfy me, and I am not mad, but just wasn't a pleasant stay. June 8, 2016

We have taken a few trips including within the last week and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express 6 nights including Fort Wayne. Great experiences at all three hotels we stayed at. Good front desk service Good food and service for breakfast Good clean rooms and bathrooms Good prices comparatively speaking Doesn't get any better than that. June 7, 2016
