Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor service. Very disappointed. We stayed 3 nights for a family wedding. When a large dog began barking across the hall (for hours and hours up into the middle of the night), we reported the incident to the front desk and were basically told "there was nothing they could do about it". Try explaining that to 6 exhausted children under the age of 5 who couldn't sleep because of the loud barking. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude. The hotel was not properly staffed at night to handle any sort of incident. We left exhausted, angry and plan to never stay or recommend that hotel again. December 22, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Didn't meet HIE expectations. I only stay at IHG hotels and am typically very happy with their properties--specifically the Express hotels. This hotel was an exception. Although the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the hotel paled in comparison to most of the HIE properties in which I've stayed. The floor I stayed on was newly remodeled so it was very nice. It had a 1/4 roll of toilet paper and no back ups. It had one trash can in the whole room. We moved rooms because the thermostat was not working properly, and that was handled perfectly. The complimentary breakfast was the worst that I've seen. The attendant was extremely slow and didn't seem eager to replenish anything even though there were 40 minutes left. The little fridge had literally no more than 10 items in it! There wasn't any coffee, fruit or trays. The pancake machine was broken. People were standing around waiting to see if she was going to refill items and she was reluctant. I specifically asked for several things which eventually did get accomplished but it turned into a long unhappy process for everyone. I understand that breakfast ends at 10 am, but it has been my experience that a good amount of people head down at 9:30. It hasn't seemed to be a problem anywhere else, but Ft. Worth. With such a beautiful and large hotel, you would think that they wouldn't skimp on toilet paper and bananas. December 21, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Short but enjoyable stay I've stayed at the hotel several times over the last few years. It is a reliably nice hotel. The price has really jumped over the last few years so it is getting to be a bit expensive. For the price, I wish they had a wider breakfast selection. I forgot my contact solution and had to run to Walgreens to get some. Contact solution is a pretty basic item so I was surprised they didn't sell any or have some on hand. I will continue to stay here until it becomes too expensive. The rooms are nice, the staff is friendly and you can't beat the location. December 15, 2014
