Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Check in was a "Skull Fracture ! ! !" The hotel is wonderful as usual, the rooms are great, the breakfast is always above average BUT we had 35 - 40 people in the lobby waiting on 3:00 P.M. so that we could check into the hotel. No one was allowed to check in before 3:00 P.M. even though we all had confirmed and guaranteed reservations. At 3:00 P.M. the desk started to check people in and I stood in line for 40 minutes to process the first 6 people that were in front of me. There were 5 desk clerks trying to operate 3 computers, but no one seemed to be processing the guest registration in a professional manner. At 4:15 P.M. the desk was still checking in the people that were in the lobby waiting at 3:00 P.M.. THERE JUST HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY ! ! ! Now, would you believe that the hotel has only 3 luggage carts to accommodate 100 guest trying to download their luggage from their autos ! ! ! February 25, 2015
