Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by What are you looking for in your stay? I chose this location for the indoor pool, and it was ice cold. Therefore, I was not happy with it. We also ran into a family that only lived about 30 mins. away and that was the only reason they chose this hotel, and they were very disappointed. Our children all played in the hot tub instead. They should not advertise indoor pool if it is't heated. That was a HUGE disappointment for our kiddos. I was ok with a pull out bed, however, the mattress, if you want to call it that, was nothing but springs, literally. The shower had a used bar of soap, which lead us to believe that it was not cleaned adequately. I will say that the bed situation was handled very well January 21, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Staff We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights when traveling and moving to Texas. The staff were wonderful. The mattress was uncomfortable and the breakfast food was processed, stale, and rubbery. Other than that, it was a decent stay. The lobby and great room were comfortable and we appreciated the coffee bar. January 1, 2015

Upon arriving at the hotel, they were able to cancel my reservations at a previous hotel and move it to this one. I will always look for a Holiday Inn Express and this one as it has always been a great experience here. December 3, 2014
