Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 A simple review It was raining so hard that I almost missed the hotel's driveway. I was taking my daughter to work (Connecticut to Arizona) and we had traveled just under 900 miles in her car - a rather old ,somewhat beat-up model. We were tired and just wanted an expediant check-in and comfortable beds. We got both. I have had better breakfasts but they were in 5 star hotels in China and Egypt. No American Hotel could afford those (all of them had at least 100 differenmt klinds of food - and armed guards)). Your breakfast was as good or better than most American Hotels . I was very pleased with everything your house had to offer. October 22, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Consistently clean and comfortable As with the HEI brand in general, the beds and bedding are comfortable; the rooms are clean and bright. The staff was quite friendly, including the reception desk and the breakfast attendant. In general, it's time that HEI work on the variety of their breakfast. I'll stay here again! October 20, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Handicap this room was a regular room with hand rails added to bath tub area with a seat. I would not call this room wheelchair accessable for a handicap person. I'm not happy with the room for a handicap October 12, 2014
