As a business traveler for the last 18 years, I have seen my fair share of hotels and staff. This hotel ranks among the worst that I have ever stayed in. If I would have paid for the room with my American Express, I would have filed a complaint with Amex.

The front desk clerk, Jorge, was very helpful in making sure we had everything we needed during our 2 night stay here. The gentleman in maintenance made sure the pool was ready & clean as soon as possible upon our request. The cleaning & breakfast staff were friendly & gave service with a smile. Thank you Holiday Inn Express-Ft Worth! It's nice to know that treating guests with excellent service is still your priority.

Our stay was outstanding. We were able to check in around noon and get settled before taking care of some business, which we appreciate.
The one criticism is that the breakfast area was small, not many tables.

Experience was great, except when we came back after a late night (12 am) and the key wouldn't work to let us in the front door. After several rings of the bell and an police officer, that was waiting to get in called the hotel informing him we were stading out front we had to wait in lobby until the staff came to let us in.

The place is nice and clean as I have found with all IHG places but this place had much smaller rooms than I am used to seeing. We moved some furniture around to make a little more room. Staff was not overly friendly but did take care of my requests.

This is an exceptionally well-maintained hotel. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area can get a bit noisy and rowdy at times, but, hey, kids will be kids.

We enjoy staying at this Holiday Inn Express because it is clean, comfortable and easy access. The lobby is bright, cherry and nicely decorated. The rooms are clean and quiet. We will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our 3 night, four day stay. Everyone met the needs for our family. The staff & room service were very helpful and prompt when it was necessary.
Our last night was plagued with an unfortunate incident. Our "next door neighbors" began to party around midnight or so and it was carried on til about 4 am. People were even knocking at our door thinking we were the "party location". Loud noises, laughter, and a lot of activity kept us up most of the night. I was surprised that many people were able to get in the facility in the middle of the night. I felt like our security had been compromised.

When I arrived I was told that I was placed in a smoking room after reserving a non-smoking room. When I advised the manager that I had reserved a non-smoking room, all I was told was that there were not any non-smoking rooms avaliable. When I entered the room I began coughing from the amount of smoke in the room and was unable to ever get comfortable as I am slightly allergic to smoke. This was not a good experiance for me and will not be staying at this location again.

This is your par for the course HIE. It is reliable and clean. There wasn't anything to standout or detract from the stay. It is average at best, but a good price for the comparable DFW hotels. It is an easy drive to TCU or the historic stockyards. Put on your boots and give Billy Bob's a try. It is a must see.

This was our first visit to this location and we really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, the room was comfortable. Only one minor issue: original assigned room was located next to the mechanical room and we noticed excessive noise while unpacking. We asked to move to another room and our request was granted. We were also disappointed that complimentary cookies were not served on Fri-Sun evenings as they were Mon-Thurs.

I live several hours out of town, so when I have to travel to Fort Worth, and have to stay overnight this the place I choose. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and restful, and the breakfast is hot and fresh. From this location you can explore the mall, take in some of the best specialty shopping stores Fort Worth has to offer or launch yourself into the museum district, with the Fort Worth Botanical Garden and Zoo being only moments away.

When I picked this location I thought it was a newer hotel. The rooms smelled muggy. Wish there had been a window to let in fresh air.
The breakfast had a lot to be desired. Not as health a choice as I would have preferred. The coffee was good.
On the last day I had no hot water to take a shower. Cold start to the day expecially when it was snowing outside.

that was exciting entertainment. Suggest you add a system to have a recording call each room if it is a false alarm, like they do for wake up calls.. would of saved everyone the run down the stairs at 3:00 am. Especially the older folks.

The two rooms we received were dirty and needed a good wipe down. I asked for the vending machines, staff stated that they were out for repair. The hotel brochure states that the hotel had vending machines.The staff placed a blame on a contractor. The hotel has a contract with a vending machine company and this is a breach of contract that the management should have delt with and not make blame. Hotel should have opened a small canteen for soda and snacks. Also one of the rooms had a phone that did not work.
